This charming home away from home is professionally decorated by an award-winning interior design company, offering versatile sleeping arrangements to accommodate everyone. Enjoy entertainment in the living room with a 50-inch HD plasma TV and surround sound, a 32-inch LCD TV in the main bedroom, and additional TVs in every bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and the dishwasher will take care of the cleanup once mealtime is over.

Make the master bedroom your oasis while you wake with the sunrise streaming in through the beautiful beach view. If you prefer to sleep in then the curtains can make sure you sleep soundly through the quiet mornings.

Your stay includes access to the condo's amenities at no additional resort fee, featuring three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

Great Relaxing Vacation

The condo was clean and very comfortable. We did come in off season so the pools and hot tub were not open. Beach was great, walked every day. The restaurant on the property was great and prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend vacationing here!!

It’s a beautiful condo, for the most part. The rugs and sofa are outdated, worn out, some stains. The kitchen is fine but silverware and the little important things like corkscrew, working can opener, grater were found in weird places… days later. Bring extra hand, bat, and kitchen towels! The beds are very good. We loved the porch, views, beach, biking and hiking in Back Bay and False Cape. There are groceries near by.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo had everything we needed and the location was amazing! Every morning was spent watching the sunrise from the balcony! We loved hiking and biking in Back Bay, which is located right next to the condo. We’d definitely recommend staying there.

Great beachfront condo

My family and I had a wonderful time here in the off season! Balcony was spacious and perfect with a large oceanfront view. We did have a car get towed for our parking pass not being visible enough, so make sure it’s very obviously displayed. Otherwise condo was great!

The property was as advertised but is looking a little tired. The view from the dining room and balcony was great. Unfortunately the weather was very cold and windy so we were not able to take advantage of it. The owners need to put a bit of money in to the interior finishes and furniture.

What a shame - smelly furniture

The condo has a beatiful view. Unfortunatley the furniture is very tierd and has a bad smell. Fortunatley the weather was perfect for opeing the windows and door and that made it tolerable, otherwise I was ready to go to a hotel becasue of the smell which is a very musty strong oder.

Great View

Loved the view of the ocean and beach! Inside was very clean. No hot water at Master Tub/shower. However, hot water was at every other tap. Management company was quick to respond when informed, offered to come out pronto, but we didn’t want the bother. Took showers in other bathroom no problem. It was just the two of us. We’d love to come back. I’m sure the problem will be rectified forthwith. Knives could use sharpening, or at least a wet stone handy.

Great location but unfortunately worn and not clean. Communication with corporate frustrating but response when we were able to reach local reality much better. The condo needs a deep clean and update for the rent charged. We had 17 large spiders vacationing on the balcony that eventually they sent someone to power wash away. Every dish or glass we took from the cabinet had visible food remnants. We know staff shortages are an issue in every industry but this unit has been neglected for some time.

View was the best thing about this condo. Overall condo not bad but Couch was awful and needs replaced. Patio was disgusting covered in cobwebs and spiders. Doors on patio were rusted. The sanctuary as a whole has gone downhill since we stayed 3years ago. It needs work and upkeep. The doors to building are not secure and can be opened with just a pull. Pool bar was not open all week and pools were very dirty. Hot tub also not open. Stairwells were disgusting. Someone peed in the stairwell and it was never cleaned up. They need to put some money back into building.

Room nice- parking nightmare

The room was lovely- on our last evening we went to put things in car. Our car was gone. Although it was late October and very few people in parking area. Our car is large and we were over a line slightly. Our car was towed. No one called us to ask us to move or notify us that it was being towed. I called the guest service number and was told a site manager would call me back. They did not. It took 2 hours to find a cab that would come and take us to get it back. $50 cab ride $145 to towing company. We have stayed at Sandbridge many times. We will not be staying there again. Most disappointing!

Nice location, fun short term off season get away

The location was great, since it was off season the condition of the condo was fair, clean but dirty dishes in the dishwasher, inside temperature was 53 degrees- small changes could have helped such as providing general cleaner, wipes or noted that they were not provided, hand soap in both bathrooms and we only had one small trash bag for 4 days so that was another thing we didn't plan for that would be helpful for someone to know before arriving. We had no internet for the first night after trying the password provided, the next day Bryan saved the day he provided excellent service and even shared local tips of where to go etc- he really was fantastic. Pros- plenty of towels provided, great ocean view, plenty of space to spread out Cons- no hand soap in bathrooms, no cleaning supplies, internet and cell service was not great, one trash bag provided, condo showing some signs of wear and tear but overall it was clean, dirty dishes in dishwasher and several kitchen items were dirty {cookie sheet, pot holders etc} no basics like foil, plastic wrap etc if you plan on cooking

Relax & Reset

Even though it rained 4 out of the 7 days, the stay was most relaxing. It made me reset before returning to the cement jungle. It made me realize that Virginia is for lovers.....that's me! Sandbridge is definitely my home away from NYC!!
