If comfort and relaxation are what you’re looking for, this four-bedroom retreat is the place! Walking into this beautifully furnished condo, you will be blown away. First, enter the open floor-plan living area and kitchen, where you can kick back on the multiple entertainment reclining couches and chairs with your family and friends after a fun day at the beach. The large TV with soundbar and complete surround sound system will keep you up to date with the current day’s news or your favorite shows. The beautiful open floor plan provides lots of space for the entire family to get together and share fun stories of the day’s beach adventures.

Step out onto the wraparound, extra-large balcony that overlooks the great Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the sounds of the waves; watch the pelicans fly by in synchronized formation. Relax in one of the multiple lounger chairs or the four-piece outdoor patio set while sipping your morning coffee. Or after a long day at the beach, step outside for a cocktail and listen to the waves crash underneath you. You’ll spend endless hours enjoying the grand view from this private balcony, making you never want to leave.

For the chef, there’s everything you could need to prepare outstanding meals, including enough gorgeous granite countertop space and plenty of cabinet and pantry space. There is top of the top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and all the basic mealware and cookware for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For a quick meal or conversation, step up and relax in the four bar-height individual stools just outside of the open granite countertop space.

In the gorgeous oceanfront main bedroom, we have provided outstanding comfort with a large king bed, a private bathroom suite, and a private entrance to the large outdoor oceanfront balcony. Included in the suite is a relaxing recliner chair, and bring what you want because there’s plenty of space for all of your items in the beautiful, large custom walk-in closet located just off the main bathroom suite.

Bedroom 2 includes a spacious king bed, a beautiful private bathroom, a closet, a large dresser for all your clothing and travel essentials.. Plenty of room to relax after a great sun-filled day!

Bedroom 3 has a comfortable queen bed, a small dresser, nightstands for storage, and a private bathroom suite. Another beautiful bedroom for your family to relax and sleep the day away!

Bedroom 4 is perfect for the little ones! Furnished with two twin-size bunk bed sets, a tall dresser and closet, and a small TV, this room is just what the kiddos need to enjoy their special day! Lastly, this bedroom is situated adjacent to a full-size bathroom in the hall, so they have their own bath and shower.
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
