Wonderful house and great location

First time in Gilbert and was a wonderful place stay. House was exactly as it shows with a nice back yard to enjoy the great weather. So convenient to so many places for hiking, lakes and great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Very cozy and excellent location if you need to be in East Valley. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very attentive to our needs, and even with a glitch with the garage, he had it fixed within an hour. Very good experience- highly recommend.

We stayed several weeks in this beautiful home. I was recovering from serious eye surgery. The home was beautiful clean tremendous amount of amenities waiting for us there nice neighborhood beautiful backyard could not have been better place to recover. Thank you so very much highly highly recommend.

Great house in a great location.

Very comfortable house; bedrooms on 2nd floor so one person can sleep while others are watching TV, etc. Great Moen shower heads in the bathrooms. Full size bars of soap! Really close to a big shopping/restaurant mall - lots of eating options. Also close to expressways. The owner and his wife treated us like family; welcome gifts of oranges, chips, and a bottle of wine! I would definitely choose this house again.

Great house!

This is a GREAT house - very comfortable for us to stay. Nicely furnished, very clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable, great back yard (our dogs loved playing on the grass), quiet neighborhood, super close to San Tan Village dining and shopping - short drive to downtown Gilbert for all the happenings there too. We enjoyed the backyard amenities, nice patio and grill set up. The kitchen is well outfitted to prepare meals. The host was quick to respond, very nice in allowing us to check in a bit early as we made good travel time. We have travelled to this area over the past several years to visit family and this is the BEST property we have stayed in - we look forward to staying again if available.

Great Location in Nice Neighborhood

This property has 4 bedrooms with a nice backyard in a good neighborhood. We were able to accommodate 5 people and 1 dog very comfortably. The location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and a 25-minute drive to Gold Canyon where we celebrated Thanksgiving with family. The host, Sanjay, left us snacks and a bottle of wine. Even though we did not use them, both a gas grill and smoker were available.

Perfect Location!

We were looking for a property that was close to relatives for Thanksgiving week. This was perfect! The house is located within a couple miles of everything (shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, Top Golf, etc., without having to spend valuable vacation time in the car) and was perfect for 4 of us. With plenty of room for more. It’s a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood and has all the conveniences included for whatever you might need. It was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities, including memory foam mattresses and TV’s in every bedroom. Sanjay the owner, responds quickly to questions and has everything well marked. It was a nice surprise to see he had snacks and wine to welcome us! We look forward to coming back and staying at this property again.
