Negative:Front door keypad didn't work the first day or so (took 3 hours to get in the first day). The disposal switch was broken so had to plug it in and unplug it each time we used it.The lights in the guest bathroom/bedroom flickered at times. The bathtub in the main bathroom was dangerously slippery. The TV required our own streaming subscription (they did install a TV antenna for us). A few panels were broken/missing on the window blinds. The Wi-Fi quit before we checked out. Positive: The location was ideal for us. The house was clean and spacious.The beds were comfortable. The backyard orange and grapefruit trees had tasty fruit.
