Situated in the centre of Winterberg you can enjoy your stay in this big studio. It has been renovated in 2013. The room is partially devided in order to create a nice sleeping area containing two single beds. There is a full kitchen and WiFi is accessible in the entire apartment. The bathroom is fitted with wash stand, shower and toilet. You can also enjoy the big balcony and use the wellness facilities in the complex, such as sauna, pool and sun bed. There is a storage box for skis and bikes.

About the property
The apartment (4. Floor)  is located right next to the ski slopes and the hiking routes. There is an elevator in the complex. On the roof is a large roof terrace, where you can bbq and sunbathe. A bicycle rack, ski storage, indoor pool, sauna and relaxation room is available and can be used free of charge. For a fee, you can use a solarium, washing machine and dryer. Also available for general use is a children's playroom, table tennis table, dartboard, shuffleboard and table football game. With the SauerlandCard, which you get for free when booking, you can take advantage of free bus and train transport.

Surroundings
The apartment is located close to the slopes. The Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, clubs and apres-ski bars, is also only a short distance away.
