Description
A small holiday apartment on the top floor of a small residential complex. The apartment has a living room with a foldaway double bed and a double sofa bed. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh air. The small kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooker, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and bath.

The complex is located next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. There is a swimming pool and sauna, as well as a table tennis table. These are all free of charge. A washing machine. Is available for use at a charge. Washing can be dried in the cellar.

Surrounding area
The apartment is located close to the slopes. The Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, clubs and apres-ski bars, is also only a short distance away.

Verblijf in Winterberg leuk omdat we heerlijk genoten hebben op de pistes Het verblijf als in de accommodatie was leuk omdat het op loopafstand van de piste was en ook dichtbij het centrum. Het bad en de douche(straal) waren heerlijk en fijn dat we op makkelijke plek alle skispullen konden opbergen.

Lage top, Schlafen flopp

Die Wohnung selbst war in Ordnung, allerdings sind die Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht zu empfehlen. Die Schlafcouch und der Schrank sollten definitiv ausgetauscht werden. Wir mussten wegen des schlechten Schlafes vorzeitig abreisen. Ansonsten ist die Lage top, ca. 400 m zum Skigebiet, mit Restaurants in der Nähe.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung selbst hat ihre besten Zeiten seit 20 Jahren hinter sich und sollte mal saniert werden. Sie wirkt ziemlich abgewohnt...
