Kayaks, Theater, Arcade and Family Fun!

You can't top the location with direct access to ATV/UTV mountain trails, 1 mile from the marina, a short walk to downtown restaurants and groceries. The pickleball courts are just across the street. This home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a media room, and a comfortable living space, making it the perfect place to make memories for your vacation.
The space
This amazing townhome has plenty of room for everyone! There is a large family room and media room (with an arcade machine) for everyone to enjoy, each with 65" smart tvs so your guests can spread out and enjoy your own entertainment. Each bedroom includes a 50" - 55" smart tv along with extra cozy blankets.

Master Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bunk Room: Triple bunk bed (sleeps 3), Double full bunk bed with twin-sized trundle (sleeps 3)
Upstairs Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
Downstairs Bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

THE BATHROOMS
There are 3 total bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 on main floor). Each bathroom has a shower, the master bathroom also has a bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided, and extra towels are located under each bathroom sink.

THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all standard supplies plus extras: children's dishes and utensils, baking dishes and pans (cake and cupcake pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, etc.), crock pot, toaster, electric hand mixer, blender, electric griddle, tea kettle, 12 cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot coco, salt/pepper, and a few additional supplies.

PARKING
1 garage spot, 2 designated spots in the driveway, as well as additional overflow parking for cars, boats, and trailers.

It was the perfect fall family getaway with enough beds for everyone! My boys Loved the arcade games and their own space to watch kid shows. I Loved that we were able to stay in the same space and have both our own rooms to sleep and common area to eat, play games and puzzle together. (We had 8 adults and 6 kids.)

We had such a wonderful stay at this Bear Lake home! The location couldn’t have been better—everything in town and even the beach were just a few minutes away, which made it so convenient. The house itself felt cozy and welcoming, like a true home away from home. It was so easy to settle in and get comfortable right away.The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and especially the movie room—we practically had to drag them out! It was the perfect spot for our family, and we made great memories here. We’d love to come back and stay again in the future.
