Amazing retreat!

Everything about the place blew us away. This place is huge!! The entire house is very well-kept, it was able to well-accommodate our big group of 28, and Marlene was very communicative throughout the whole process. Everything was perfect for our retreat. We hope to come back again!

Monterey golf outing

Perfect location for our 12 man golf group. Plenty of space and beds for all. Good access to Peninsula but away from the crowds. Lots there to keep you busy with pool and game room. Most commented the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great house for our group. We had a super stay. It was quiet and private, with plenty of room for all of us and a great location near Carmel and Pebble Beach. The property manager was proactive and super easy to work with. This is a great option for larger groups or families.

Denise, the property manager was wonderful. She was there to greet us and met us as we left. We had a few questions during our stay and she was prompt in her responses.The house is very large and had an indoor pool. We enjoyed having all the space because we are a group of 16 when you include all the young children.The house is pretty funky and really needs updating. Many of the bathrooms and kitchens (there are several) have countertops and cabinets from the 1970's or 1980's. The landscaping could also be improved. We enjoyed our time there but, given the high price of the rental, I would have expected the house to be more up to date.

Family Vacation

We had four generations at our family vacation. The house was perfect. The downstairs apartment was perfect for the family with an infant and a 21/2 year old. The huge eating area with a full kitchen was a perfect gathering place for meals. However, the indoor pool was the favorite feature for all the young adults and kids, and the spa was a favorite of the adults. We loved the place.

Excellent vacation villa for a large group

We celebrated our son’s 5th birthday here. All the kids and adults had a lot of fun.The property manager is excellent in communication, very accommodating and considerate.The property is huge, so it can very comfortably accommodate a large group, we were 23 people overnight and close to 30 during the day time.The only problem here is one of the neighbors, who is very sensitive to noise, so we had to make sure we limit the noise after dark.We would easily stay again at this unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the upstairs dining table was big enough to accommodate our group of 16. There were plenty of amenities. The basement suite could be updated, the fridge was not operational. it would be nice for some kind of privacy for the BR and also the bathroom in the Lover's Point room

Carmel villa was selected due to its amenities and the ability to house 10 or more team members. It met every need for our team and a most pleasant stay was had. The concierge was outstanding. Very easy to communicate with and available when needed. Our entire team felt it was a great trip!

Large place but tired

We had 20 people for a family reunion. This was pretty much the max for comfort in this property. It’s advertised as sleeps 28 but the beds in the basement are not really suitable. Feels as if you’re exiled! Surprisingly all the beds in the rest of the house are very comfortable, a first for one of these family weeks. There is more china, glassware and silverware than an army could use. Creates a problem on checkout trying to get everything back. The family room furniture is in need of replacement, most people used the dining chairs when we got together. Overall we had some quality family time but we will not come back to this property.
