Situated on a generous corner lot, the living room (with a wood-burning stove) opens up to an inviting courtyard with outdoor furniture, a hot tub and a gas barbecue. Conveniently located, it's close to beaches, hiking trails, downtown shops, restaurants, and the Crossroads Shopping Center. Washer/dryer and pool table in the garage. Driveway and street parking.
