I am a California girl through and through and grew up in this neighborhood. Living here can make one take for granted the beautiful location and adventures that are nearby. Having moved away and returned, we want to share everything that Southern California offers with a beautiful home that easily fits two families or a special trip for the grandparents with their kids and grandkids.
Why they chose this property
Beautifully arranged for multiple adults or 2-3 families with kids to share, and a master-bedroom suite for grandma and grandpa, this home exudes classic California. Centrally-located between San Diego and Los Angeles, everything is around an hour away, except for the beach, Dana Point harbor and Mission San Juan Capistrano which is a mere10-minute drive. Bask in the sun underneath the palms and watch the grapes grow. With enough space to get away, this home offers a vacation for everyone.
