- Quite hours from 10PM - 7am. - Upon check-out garage remote should be left inside the house. Replacement fee $100 will be charged for taken remote.
-If there are heavy stains on carpet or furniture as a result of your stay we have to charge guests extra cleaning fee $200-$500 for deep cleaning.

This townhome worked out perfect for us as we needed a place to stay for a wedding in San Juan Capistrano. Easy access, garage parking with remote, nice beds and bathrooms. Had necessary items like coffee, ironing board, hair dryer and kitchen supplies. Would stay again if in town.

The condo was perfectly clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities plus items we didn’t know we needed (such as beach towels and chairs). Communicating with the host was fast and easy.
