We offer two apartments, which are exactly the same cut and furnished [only mirrored]. Especially for friendly families / couples or for a holiday together with relatives and relatives, this solution is ideal. Anyone who knows Grömitz knows how idyllic the landscape is there. Despite the direct location by the sea there is a lot of green around it and so we can offer you with our apartments a fantastic location - surrounded by lush greenery, but not far from the sea.

Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Alles war wie beschrieben. Nicht so gut war, dass die Matraze vom hinteren Schlafzimmer sehr weich und damit durchgelegen ist, dass die Holzdielen beim Laufen knarzen, auch hörbar von der Nachbarwohnung und dass es in den Schlafzimmern zwar eine Verdunklung gibt, die allerdings nicht ausreicht und es einfach zu hell in den Zimmern ist. Schade ist auch, dass es keinen Garten gibt in dem sich die Kinder zwischendurch mal aufhalten können.Sonst ist alles wirklich sehr schön, freundlich, die Zimmereinteilung ist passend, es ist alles da was man so braucht (auch ein Babyreisebett, Kinderstuhl, Hocker, Wäscheständer, Kaffeepadmaschine, etc.), Lage zum Strand war ein ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, auch die Nähe zum Yachthafen ist gut und zur Innenstadt etwas weiter entfernt, aber für uns genau richtig, weil nicht so viel Trubel.

Unterkunft

Unterkunft an sich sehr schön,aber sehr störend war der ständig quitschende Fußboden!!! Zum frühstücken musste ein kleiner Tisch ins Wohnzimmer gerückt werden um mit 3 Personen essen zu können.An der Esstheke war nur für 2 Personen platz.Balkon für 3 Personen zu klein.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben spontan entschieden, über Ostern ein paar Tage nach Grömitz zu fahren. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ausgesprochen schön eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Lage, sowohl in Richtung Strand als auch in Richtung Ortskern sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Wetter hatten wir ebenfalls Glück und so alles in allem eine wunderbare Zeit.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit der Fewo sehr zufrieden. Wohlfühlcharakter wenn man die Tür öffnet und super sauber. Wirklich fußläufig zum Strand. 3 Hinweise: Man hört die Nachbarn, da die Dielen sehr knirschen. Es gibt nur eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads. Das könnte man noch bei der Beschreibung erwähnen, wenn man Filterkaffee bevorzugt. Und es gibt keinen Esstisch, sondern hat die Kochinsel mit Hochstühlen als Tisch. Das ist mit kleineren Kindern nicht so praktisch. Trotzdem in der Summe eine Wohnung zum Weiterempfehlen.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit wirklich allem was man braucht um seinen Aufenthalt zu genießen (super Betten, tolles Sofa, schöne Küche mit sämtlichem Zubehör, sehr guter Hochstuhl für Babies uvm.) Lediglich der Parkettboden knarzt leider im vorderen Drittel der Wohnung extrem - so sehr, dass man auch hört wenn in der Nachbarwohnung jemand geht. Wir hatten ruhige Nachbarn und uns hat es von daher nicht sonderlich gestört, wenn jemand da empfindlich ist, sollte er das bei seiner Buchung berücksichtigen.

Tolle FW in perfekter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich hochwertig und, wie der Name schon sagt, sehr stilvoll renoviert. Sie liegt quasi in zweiter Reihe zum Strand, welcher so in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit Südlage. Trotz der durchgehend fast 30 Grad konnten wir allerdings die Temperatur in der Wohnung durch Lüften gering halten. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin verlief stets prompt und sehr nett. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekt für einen Besuch mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind). Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Aufgrund der tollen Lage ist man sehr schnell am Strand bzw. in ca. 10 min im Ortskern. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war wirklich sehr nett.

Wunderschöne FeWo, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen! Ich werde immer sehr gerne wiederkommen!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, super ausgestattet (Fön, Spiele, DVDs, Bollerwagen), wir haben sie sehr sauber vorgefunden und die nahe Lage zum Strand und Yachthafen ist toll! Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für die für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weichen Matratzen. Trotzdem kommen wir bei einem nächsten Grömitzbesuch sehr gerne wieder.
