The spacious (44m2) 2-room apartment with balcony is in the 3rd. Floor of a building with elevator. The living room consists of a relaxation area and a kitchenette. In the living room, with a balcony exit, there is a large corner sofa with sleeping function (sleeping area 140x200cm), a chest of drawers with a TV - cable connection (German channels are accessible).

The connecting part of the seating area and the kitchenette has a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchenette with built-in furniture is equipped with the necessary utensils and dishes for preparing food, as well as a large fridge-freezer, hob with 4 cooking zones, dishwasher, extractor fan, oven and a single-compartment sink. The bedroom consists of a double bed with a mattress (160x200).

In the hallway is a large built-in wardrobe.

The apartment is prepared for a maximum of 4 persons. 

The bathroom with bath and toilet is additionally equipped with an automatic washing machine.

The Schlafzimmrfenster are oriented to the west.  In the living room is a large (floor to ceiling) window, facing northeast.

Parking is not guaranteed. You can park in public parking spaces inside the property or at a nearby paid parking (subject to availability).
