Unit A Mineral hot springs near Rio Grande

There's a 8' x 12' Mineral springs hot tub with jets in the yard. Cute and cozy one-bedroom apartment with a nice screened-in patio, makes a nice place to rest and relax. Nicely furnished with a small recliner that has a massager. Everything you need for your stay full kitchen nice living area and bathroom and bathroom with everything you need dishes pots pans linens.

The yard is a beautiful Zen oasis with lots of birds that are fed everyday. Less than a block away from a park on the Rio Grande River, community pool a block away and it's within walking distance to downtown truth or Consequences bar, despenseries, restaurants, shopping and several Hot Springs Spas. Nicely fenced complex with several picnic tables, fire pit, hammocks, a swing, barbeque grill for all to use. Guests have access to all outside areas in the fenced in section of the complex.

The mineral hot springs is shared by all five units here in the complex. The tub is filled upon request please be sure and let us know when when you would like to soak. It takes about an hour and a half to fill the tub so please give us some advance notice. The tub is shared with the other 4 units on the property. Hot tub hours are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week.

Please no there are one to two dogs on the property. I visit from time to time with my small dog so she is not there full time but there is one dog full time that is on the property, and they do both bark from time to time.
