Why they chose this property
This property was built well with a very gorgeous and contemporary design while having traditional aspects. It's clean, no permanent carpet, just a few throws here and there - beautiful Acacia Wood flooring. High ceilings offer enhanced volume. Large double-paned windows and sliding glass doors allow lots of sunshine in. Excellent cooling system and great soft nighttime lighting. The fountains flowing into the pool can be heard clearly on the balcony which is very relaxing. The pool is heated in Winter and the hot tub is available as well. There is a grill station poolside. Enjoy a bike ride to and through Park Ave and the surrounding area on the bikes provided as a part of your stay. Enjoy the excellent location on foot also!
