House was very nice and clean. We were in FL for a UCF baseball weekend and thought, from the description, that the house was closer to campus than it actually was. But it was ok. We did have an issue with ants on the patio, but someone did come and spray after a cpl days. Gave communication 4 stars because I left messages for host thru vrbo and wouldn't get a reply until almost 24 hours later. We did not use the pool, but someone did come to clean it while we were there. No extra garbage bags in the house, so we did purchase some and leave them for future renters. All in all a good experience. Definitely enough room for all of us and ample parking for our 2 vehicles.

This property was truly amazing! The house was very clean and the backyard was very private. You really felt like you were in your own little world, rather than in a huge city. We had a pleasant stay in this home. Visited Daytona a couple of days that was not too far for the trip then went to Coco Beach for a day. Local restaurants, grocery and gas very convenient located.

I enjoyed my stay at the launch pad! Although I think the owner needs to improve its property maintenance around the home spraying for ants, bugs outside as well! Needs to have more larger pots available it is a 3 bedroom so more than likely families stay and need to cook! Other than those few little things my stay was great!

House was perfect, very clean and exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for me and 2 teenagers and a backyard that one of the prettiest I’ve seen. We did not use the pool but spent lots of time sitting outside just enjoying the scenery. It was close to activities we had planned and I always appreciate access to washer/dryer. I have no complaints on this property and would love to stay here again at some point.
