Positiv : Sehr tolle Anlage, wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Es ist sehr ruhig. Sehr Gepflegte Anlage. Negativ : Die Bewohner dieser Anlage waren sehr unfreundlich. Aber da kann die Wohnung nichts dafür

Schöne Ferien in Ascona
Positiv: Bei Ankunft guter Duft in der Wohnung. Gut ausgerüstete Küche. Betten bereits bezogen. Kleinigkeiten wie kleine Seife, Geschirrspülmittel, Kapsel für ersten Kaffee etc. vorhanden. Lage top. Negativ: Doppelbett billigst, beim sich drehen Lärm gemacht. Bei genauerer Betrachtung unter dem Bett waren nur Löcher vorhanden ohne Schrauben (Foto gemacht!). Haben im Baumarkt Schrauben gekauft und repariert! Konnten Einstellhalle nicht öffnen, also Auto immer oben! TV keine deutschen Kanäle!

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.
Die Lage gefällt uns, vor allem wenn man mit Fahrrad vor Ort ist. Aber auch zu Fuss ist man schnell beim Manor un Lebensmittel einzukaufen und es gibt einen guten Fussweg durch einen Park zum in die Altstadt und an den See zu gelangen. Der Gartensitzplatz und der beheizte Pool sind genial. Die Küche ist relativ neu, die Better könnten bequemer sein.

Ruhige Residenz, mitten in einem wunderschönen Park. Grosser, sauberer Pool. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme vorhanden (Liegeauflage muss mitgebracht werden). NICHT für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Auf Ruhe und Ordnung wird grössten Wert gelegt! Küche; Bratpfannen und Messer müssten teilweise erneuert werden.

Diese Unterkunft ist NICHT kinderfreundlich ... Es wird in der ganzen Residenz (gemäss Hausordnung) sehr grosser Wert auf Ruhe gelegt, was sich mit Kids, vor allem im und um den Pool, manchmal schwer einhalten lässt.

wohlfühl Wohnung
Die Übergabe der Wohnung klappte sehr gut. Frau A. war schon da, alles war sauber geputzt. Die Küche ist relativ neu und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch gut eingerichtet, sogar einen 2. TV gabs. Das 2.Schlafzimmer mit Kajütenbett und 1 separaten Bett ist gut für 3 Personen. Leider gabs in diesem Zimmer gar keine Ablagefläche, keinen Schrank. Ascona ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, durch einen kleinen Park, am Schulhaus vorbei. Auch Manor in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das Sofa war schmudelig (älteres Möbel) Wasserhahn im Badezimmer teils defekt (tropfte) W-Lan nichr vorhanden, in der heutigen Zeit ein no gow!

Wunderbar
es war alles wunderbar. die Wohnung ist ca 20minuten von der Piazza entfernt. Ruhig gelegen. Schnell auf der Autobahn, schnell im Maggiatal etc. Sehr gut gelegen. Pool ist beheizt. wir waren bei 19Grad Aussentemperatur baden. Schöner Sitzplatz. nur zum empfehlen.
