Smart Home Devices:

Our home comes equipped with a smart digital lock (at front door) and smart thermostat (in the master bedroom, mounted in the corner of the ceiling much like a smoke detector).

The digital lock allows us to provide keyless entry to our guests so they only need their private door code to enter.

The smart thermostat is an energy saver for the air conditioner which helps us to keep the cost of rental affordable by assisting with regulating inefficient use of the air conditioner. It is located in the master bedroom and mounted in the top left corner of the ceiling.

We do not condone, allow or use video or audio monitoring devices inside any of our units.

Nice spacious and secure

The accommodation was very good and clean with a separate bedroom, bathroom and living area. Located within a gated community the accommodation gave me the feeling of security which is probably the first tune I have felt that in Nassau. There were complimentary snacks when I arrived which was great as I arrived later in the afternoon. All in all a great place to rent while in Nassau.

Great Priced Accomidation

Nice Accommodations - We spend one month at this property, there were just the two of us and the unit was perfect for that size. The area was relatively quite with fast food restaurants close by,I would say a car is must on Nassau. The unit had all the utensils need for a stay, they supplied drinking water throughout the stay and Brigitte was a great help. When you look at the cost of accommodations in Nassau this unit is very reasonably priced.

Good price / quality

Not a hotel, but for those who want to visit an expensive destination as are the Bahamas is a good option. To highlight the attention and help in everything that was requested by Shr Durian and by Shrª Brigitte. Is out of town but has bus will exit the gate and only 1.25 dolars for the city.

Quick get-away

It did the job. Kinda hard to find once inside the gate. Need more directions on how to get out of the gate if walking and where to use keycard. Overall quite location, within walking distance to local grocery store or other restaurants amd the beach is about 10 min walk.

Quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nassau

My husband and myself spent 10 days at the condo. We found the apartment to be well laid out and offered security with the gated entrance. The location is a bit far from the beaches and activities of the island and although the buses offer great transportation a car is necessary to make travelling around a bit easier. We would have enjoyed some comfortable lawn chairs to enjoy the evenings on the patio and a barbecue would have been great to do some outdoor cooking. The condo is a 10 minute walk from a grocery store and a 5 minute walk to a little convenience store. We found the condo a bit dark but that could be easily solved with a few more lights. Our stay was pleasant and we did appreciate the friendly neighbours.

A clean, comfortable and relaxing place.

When my friend and I walked out of the airport we were greeted by Clint who took us to the villa. He cost us approximately $50-$55 including tip. This service was recommended by the property to ensure that we had a smooth trip to our place. I suggest taking a taxi from the airport to the villa for $35-$40. Remember to print out the welcome guide. It will be your best friend on your trip. Once we arrived customer service called right away to make sure everything was okay. It was pretty hot so we had to turn on the fans and the AC wall unit in the bedroom. One downside was that there was no light above the sink so we had to open the bathroom door to get some lighting. Brigette was very helpful. She helped us plan an awesome excursion(Booze & Cruise). I highly recommend it!! The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk. Everyone was very friendly. If you want to get downtown I suggest taking the bus for $1.50 vs a cab ride for $15-$20. Overall, we had a great stay. We definitely felt like locals staying there. Thank you Tangerine Sunsets for an awesome stay.

Room was nice and clean, Bridgett was very nice and helpful.

Location of property was close to beach, the neighborhood was interesting do to the colorful surroundings. We did feel safe, however you needed to be aware of your surroundings.

Very nice home in a great location

Roshun and I thoroughly enjoyed the home. Very cozy and clean. The home is conveniently located near everything. We received an email shortly after we checked in to make sure that we got in ok and a courtesy call the night before we checked out to verify everything was good. They also offered to help make arrangements to and from the airport. We will definitely stay at this location again!!!

Fair stay

Maybe this is Nassau but this was quite expensive for 4 adults and a baby for such a small apartment. Also we had to pay extra for a play pen (of course we agreed) as at another place the owner managed to get us one for free. The dishes were quite dirty and the bed sheets from the bed-couch were really stained. The floors was really dirty too (the baby was all black after crawling a bit). Location was okay as we only had to drive 15 minutes to get to Paradise Island but pretty far from airport.

Perfect place for Couples

This place is gated(I felt safe) and there's a liquor store that's within walking distance and waaaaay cheaper than the liquor stores near the ports. The customer service was excellent! I got lost due to my error and not reading their email and they still assisted me with directions. They have 2 drivers I believe that will get you around but I chose to get a rental. I really enjoyed my stay, Thanks!

Awesome Stay!!!

Absolutely amazing time!!! From the chirping birds in the morning to the quietness of the area, everything was perfect. You do need a rental car in order to enjoy this location to the fullest.

Ideal Place to rest on vacation

The location was perfect for us. We needed a place away from the nightly noise and activities of Atlantis and this place did offer that. The staff (Brigitte) was very was very attentive to our requests and one of the ladies regularly paid us a visit. We enjoyed talking to her and finding out about the Bahamas directly from "a local" which we appreciated very much. The pool was great. We enjoyed walking from the location to the main touristic attractions however, i would recommend one to rent a car if staying at this location. We found public transportation challenging at time and the staff at the location made every necessary attempt helping us get a decent car considering the circumstances (national holiday/independence day). We will definitely visit again. Management gave us a great driver (Bert i believe), very reliable, on time and great to talk to. There is a bus stop right across from the property which was great.

Great Experience

Great Experience - I stayed at tangerine sunsets and I plan on going back every time I visit the Bahamas. The place was clean and exactly what was pictured on the website. The wifi was great and the ac worked great. The only thing I would suggest is a comforter in the bedroom, because the ac worked so great I really wanted a comforter. However other then that a great place to stay at a great rate. 5 stars!

Great if you're on a budget!

This rental is very spacious (especially for the price) and clean. Great wifi and many tv channels to choose from. Great people who are quick to respond if you need advice/help with the rental or general questions about the island.The only downfall would be the location as it's not super close to the beaches and restaurants. You will need a car. As well as the pool is run down but it's exactly as the photos show in the advertisement.

Got what you paid for

The property is nice however directions are need to unit as the parking spot is not marked with the unit number and no lights to see the number on the door. Inside needs to be updated, rusted curtain rods, no blackout curtain in the bedroom. It was very clean and comfortable.
