WEDDINGS & GATHERINGS
We’re happy to host brides-to-be, bachelorette getaways, and intimate family or friend gatherings—as long as the total number of guests remains within the 8-person limit outlined in your reservation. For the privacy, safety, and comfort of all guests and neighbors, our no events and no parties policy is strictly enforced. House parties, disruptive gatherings, or anyone on the property who is not listed on the reservation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Our home is set in a peaceful rural area and uses natural well water, which is common in the Finger Lakes. Occasionally, you may notice a very mild mineral scent in the hot water—this is completely normal and does not affect water quality or safety.

Perfection All around!!

This stay was the perfect R&R getaway!!! The property was so beautiful both inside and out. Had everything we needed, kitchen well equipped,house was clean, bedrooms were so comfortable and inviting. KEUKA State park was 15 mins away and was beautiful, we all went for a swim in the lake. The nearby attractions were so close and plentiful we wished we stayed longer. I loved having my coffee by the pond every morning. Our kids loved running in the yard looking for frogs. Even our dogs will miss this place. We will be back

Family Reunion

The property was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and very spacious! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed plus more! We enjoyed nights by the huge fire pit and enjoyed walks around the estate and down by the pond. There were lots of places to sit and relax both inside the house and around the property. Alma was very kind and responded quickly. We were all very impressed with the property and enjoyed our stay. Thank you again Alma! We really appreciate your hospitality!! My husband and I, sister (big birdie) and brother-in-law, son and daughter-in-law and baby Nora and Rosie, their Corgi, along with my daughter all had an amazing time at your home. Amazing Family Getaway!

My family and I had an amazing time at The Young Estate! Coming from the city this was exactly what we needed to unwind and to have such a great family bonding time. It was the first time our twelve and nine years old were not on their phone! The land was peaceful and secluded giving us the ability to reconnect around the large fire pit and the gorgeous pond area. The best part was at night when we all were able to see the stars! The kitchen had everything we need from spices to cooking appliances and utensils. One of the cool surprises was the espresso machine; having a morning brew and listening to the birds chirp was serene. Thank you Alma and Justin for opening your amazing home to us! We will definitely come back here because we need to check out more of the area since we never left the house!

This pet friendly property was amazing. We loved everything about it. The dogs didn't want to leave at the end of our trip. The host was very responsive when we had issues with getting the temperature lower when the weather suddenly got warm. They immediately responded and helped us fix the issue so we had cool air. This property was like a dream come true. We sat outside with the dogs everyday by the pond and simply listened to the sounds of frogs and birds. If you are pet lovers and want a relaxing vacation in nature this is the place for you.

Perfect spot to stay for a Watkins race...

The property is a really special place. The house is amazing as it has various different areas for people to hang out / congregate across the different floors. We were able to utilize the big fire pit in the yard which was a very special vibe. Alma was tremendous in over-communicating with us everything we needed to know about the home, how everything worked and where things were. We will be back the next time we are in town for a race at the Glen!
