Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. The land nestles against Pattee canyon mountains with breathtaking views of city and mountains. Full function kitchen and living room space. This lower level rental has access to miles of hiking trails, scenic mountain views, covered patio space, outdoor eating table and beautiful fire pit. Separate parking entrance and keyless door lock. It is mountain living that is only 4 miles from the heart of the city.

The views are breathtaking and some would say you feel like your on top of the world. Our family has enjoyed this land for its vast beautify, hiking, biking, snow sports and wild game viewing.
