Walkout lower level rental with two large basement bedrooms that each sleep 2 guests. One room includes a king bed. Another large bedroom includes a queen bed. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. The land nestles against Pattee canyon mountains with breathtaking views of city and mountains. Full function kitchen and living room space. This lower level rental has access to miles of hiking trails, scenic mountain views, covered patio space, outdoor eating table and beautiful fire pit. Separate parking entrance and keyless door lock. It is mountain living that is only 4 miles from the heart of the city.

Comfortable and spacious for 2 couples. House is located 15 minutes from downtown Missoula up a somewhat steep road. Check in / check out process was good Kitchen lacked some basics but otherwise a great stay

Lovely stay and a beautiful property

We stayed here for 3 nights for my daughter's graduation from U of M a week ago. We were looking for somewhere that had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for us and my daughter and her husband to have enough room. The property was super nice, spacious and felt very welcoming. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed to cook breakfast daily before we left for our day. The owners responded quickly to my texts and were very friendly. View overlooking Missoula was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Overlook of Missoula!

We had a quick stay during the U of M graduation weekend. What a beautiful location in the foothills overlooking Missoula - beautiful at night overlooking the lights and looking up at the stars! About 15 minutes from the U, a little hard to find at night since it's in the foothills but beautiful property and very private even though the hosts are in the main house above. The location had everything we needed and was beautifully finished. 2 big bedrooms, each slept 4 (king with Trundle beds in Master, Double/Queen with bunk beds in the 2nd room). Didn't get to use the hottub due to such a quick trip but would have loved to! The host was super responsive - would definitely stay here again when our travels call for Missoula!

Mountaintop Beauty

This home is Brilliant, welcoming host, spacious, clean, and breathtaking views. This host family is so accommodating and helpful. The sunsets here are ones you won't want to miss. I would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Great Missoula experience!

We loved staying in this newly finished 2 BR/2BA VRBO. Full kitchen, huge rooms, high ceilings and wonderful hosts. We were visiting for a swim meet and had to leave early in the morning and go to bed early and it was always quiet and the setting is beautiful. Such a nice hosting family too!
