Cute comfy & Friendly

The property was super cute especially the backyard with the hammock. I enjoyed my stay. It was an easy check-in process. The people were very friendly. I would definitely come back.

Martin was easy to communicate with, and we felt at home the minute we stepped into the unit. We had a bunch of fresh mangoes that fell from the tree.

It was good enough to stay in the guest home for 3 nights but someone needs to come inspect the property if it’s under management because the outside area is in disrepair to the point I would never sit on anything like a chair. The bench right outside the front door to the guest home was broken. I did like that there was a full kitchen, minus a dishwasher… and the bidet in the toilet was a nice touch for me being a first time user of said bidet. Also for future guests-there is a step up to the bathroom that I do not believe was shown in the model pictures

The condo was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. When we arrived, there was trash all over the yard and driveway. The outdoor furniture was dirty and all over the place, The location was fine with plenty of restaurants. Someone came the next morning and cleaned up the trash. We chalked it up to maybe an animal getting into the trash.

Clean, simple and economic NE Miami studio

The guest house has everything you need for a short or long stay and is close to some main roads for getting around. Everything is clearn and neat and the A/C blows nice and cold! In essence, you're getting a studio apartment. Note that the bathroom is a step up from the main floor which wasn't an issue for me but might be for some. My only issue is that I didn't know I needed to hit the "#" after the key code to get in - otherwise it was an excellent find for the money!
