SAFE & quiet area in Ventnor City close to restaurants, shops, boardwalk on a cul-de-sac, parking for 4 cars. Close to the Margate boarder, at most a 15 min to AC Action (4.4 miles to Tropicana), 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive (6.5blocks) to Ventnor boardwalk/beach, and 1 mile to Lucy the Elephant. Golf driving area, bay fishing spots, trails and a nature reserve are all a walk / 1 block away.
Home style vacation with bikes, Surf/Boogie boards, beach essentials, snacks & more. The sunsets are always free !

-Crockpot, Juicer, Toaster, Kureg like coffee maker available.

-Blast High speed Internet with WiFi in home.
-Living Room 55’ LED smartTV has Firestick/Amazon Prime TV/Netflix, and DVD’s for Kids and adults(cable is from Roku tv stick). Nintendo Wii
-Poker chips/ playing cards, various games and board games, Jenga, and Crayons/coloring books for the kids.
- Water and Food Bowls for pets
-Mini Fridges in all of the bedrooms
- Flatscreen TV w/ RokuTV & DVD in master bedroom and living room. Smart Flat screen TV’s & DVD players in each bedroom.
-Each Room has luggage holders for and fans for comfort and convenience
- 2 irons/ironing boards , 2 hairdryers , Shampoo, Soap, Conditioner, tooth brushes/tooth paste provided if needed.
- Towels, washcloths, toilet paper and other amenities included.
- Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach .
- Bicycles and also boogie boards, surfboards beach chairs, coolers, beach tent provided.
- Some Golf clubs, a few balls and tees available for the driving range that’s only 1 block away
- Private rear Deck and front slate patio with furniture

No loud parties, please respect my neighbors.

There are 4 parking spots for my property . 2 directly in front of my unit, and you can double park directly behind those two spots. If you need additional parking then please park near the stop sign at the entrance of the cul-de-sac. Please do not park in front of my neighbors homes.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. Please smoke on the back porch and utilize the ashtray provided.

Return keys to lock box and use the extra set on the small table on the small kitchen table.

Please review instructions and the house Manuel in the kitchen upon arrival and before checking out .

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to return all beach badges upon checkout, leave one set of keys in the lock box and the extra set of keys on the small table in the kitchen.
Please strip all beds of pillowcases, fitted sheets and sheets, and leave them downstairs by the washer and dryer area
Please leave used towels and washcloths in the bathtub upstairs. Laundry detergent is provided if you’d like to wash any towels or washcloths in the washing machine downstairs during your stay .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed in the home . $500 charge for unauthorized parties

Great spot in Ventnor

This place had all the amenities we needed and the property owner was accessible and provided bikes, as well as recommendations on summertime events around town. All in all, an enjoyable stay and experience!

We enjoyed a relaxed, clean, comfortable, stay. Everything we needed …. including easy check-in, and fast, efficient communication with owner Marc ,was always available .

Perfect Place

Marc’s property was just what we needed. We came to AC for the truck show and the property was close to the location and in a nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of AC. Marc was super accommodating and we will recommend his property and look forward to coming back in the future.

Great stay

5 50 something girls on a weekend trip to lay a good friend to rest and celebrate her life. The house was prefect, slept five comfortably with room for more. The house was clean. The location was good. We spread the ashes on a beach about seven minutes from the house. It was a perfect weekend, and the host was amazing, very attentive.

Guys reunion

It was a good value for the price. Plenty of beds for sleeping. The house has some minor defects, loose floor board, which didn’t bother us but might bother others. Owner had great communication with us.

Excellent! Highly recommend

Marc was an excellent host to my group that stayed over. The check in/out process was smooth and fast. From snacks to extra towels to for beach purposes and freshening up, Marc showed nothing but love to my group. Very spacious very clean, very peaceful area and if there was any problems he was a call away. Definitely would recommend for anyone that wants to enjoy a good summer beach trip for the weekend.

Ventnor weekend

My mom and aunt loved staying at Marc's home. The house had everything we needed, beach chairs boogie boards and much more. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need including pots pans and dishes. The back deck caught the breeze beautifully which made for an amazing dinner setting on the back table. Marc was super helpful and even sent activities and bike trails he recommended which were super cool. This is great for a group of folks who want to hang and enjoy themselves in a quiter beach town vibe! We would definitely go back!!

Why they chose this property

My home is located on a nice cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood near the Margate border. It is close to the casinos but tucked away in a great location. There is protected land at the end of the street with hiking trails to walk, bike, or bird/butterfly watch. There is a school just around the corner, & a driving range in their fields. The home accommodates 4 parking spots and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores nearby. I live 5 miles away and am available should guests need assistance.
