Just 2 miles to Hilo Airport (ITO), 40 min to Volcanoes National Park, 1 hour to Mauna Kea and 1.5 hours to Kona Airport (KOA).
Explore nearby Rainbow & Akaka Falls, Boiling Pots, Liliuokalani & Tropical Botanical Gardens and Carl smith beach.
EXCELLENT internet, wifi 200 mbps, perfect for working from Hawaii.

PLEASE ENSURE MAILBOX AND POOL KEYS HANGING ON THE RACK NEAR ENTRY DOOR. PLEASE RETURN ENTRY KEYS BACK TO LOCKBOX. LOST KEY $50 PER KEY.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To avoid tropical insects, please keep the screen door to lanai closed after step out to lanai (Electric bug zapper provided), food enclosed.
Please help save energy: Electricity rates on big island is very high, 3 to 4 times of national average. Please turn off TV/fans if not needed.
