Welcome to your home away from home in this bright, two-bedroom condo located on the ground floor. With wood laminate floors throughout, this beautiful space offers the perfect blend of comfort and style for your stay.
The full kitchen is ideal for preparing meals and dining in, while the washer and dryer in the Owner’s bathroom provide added convenience. The second bedroom, a King Suite with its own kitchenette, features a private entrance, perfect for added privacy. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker to cater to your needs.
Ceiling fans in both the main room and bedrooms ensure comfort throughout. This unit includes 55" Smart TV in the main room and a 50" Smart TV in the bedroom, both with premium cable. Guests can access streaming apps using their own subscription log-ins for ultimate flexibility.
Relax and unwind in the large, private fenced patio courtyard, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine or dining al fresco with the additional table for extra seating. For a refreshing dip, take advantage of the gorgeous Laterra pool, located conveniently in the courtyard of your building.
If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, or porta crib) or beach chairs, they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 24 business hours' notice (subject to availability).
Important Notes:
Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.
For the safety of our guests, we’ve implemented a rigorous cleaning process between stays.
While this unit is on the first floor, it is not ADA compliant.
To access your unit, enter through the lobby of the 955 building and follow directional signs to your unit.
