About this property

ONE OF THE HIGHEST RATED, 2 Bedroom Condos in WGV, it’s a real beauty!

Newly redecorated luxury condo offering 2- bedrooms (new mattresses in both) and 2 baths on the first floor featuring a lovely private patio. It is located next to the King and Bear Golf course in a gated community of World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida. Located 20-25 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the Outlet Malls, only minutes away from 2 beautiful golf courses and too many historical sites to list. There is a lovely pool and hot tub located on site and the golf course and clubhouse bar/grill is within walking distance. There is also a new fitness center located near the amenity center which also has a large heated pool and separate children's pool area.

The dining room seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. There is a crockpot and blender for your use as well. A small Weber grilles located on the patio if outdoor cooking is more to your liking. All you need to provide is the food!

Each bedroom has a king size bed and the sofa folds out to provide a queen size bed in the living room. Six people can easily be accommodated here. There's also a new extra large washer and dryer combo in the condo for your use. There are flat screen HD tv's in both bedrooms and a 50 inch HD 4K tv in the living room. Each bedroom has a king size bed with brand new mattress and box springs sets added in January 2020. The beautiful private patio overlooks the woods and provides a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the tranquility or to entertain friends. This is a perfect location for a long weekend of golf or a longer stay for just relaxing and enjoying time away from home near the beaches and charming, historic Old St. Augustine. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start the towels in the washer. If time put washed towels in the dryer and start sheets in the washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Up to 2 children will be considered with owner’s prior permission.
The renter agrees to pay the full cleaning fee if smoking is detected inside. THE FEE IS CURRENTLY AROUND $2,200 FOR THAT SERVICE.

Loved it here. We were attending a church conference which is the highlight of the year for us. We were busy with activities but did dine out a few times, to places the owner had suggested == we really enjoyed St. Marys.
