Best View Ever #17 at The Dwellings
Inside every Dwelling, you will find a great balance of modern designs, classic touches, and technology features. This unit can accommodate up to 3 guests with a king bed and a pullout sofa sleeper.
We have excellent wifi with speeds up to 200Mbps per unit.
We do our best to provide many amenities during your stay with us including 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, and the items below. We recommend you bring beach towels for the river or nearby lakes, specialty cooking items or small grills, spices for cooking, and extra paper products.
Every unit includes:
Mini Split- AC/heat
On-demand hot water
Internet, premium TV w/Hulu
Coffee Maker (Coulee and Eco-Pours)
Cocktail bar in the backyard
Iron and ironing board
Hairdryer
Soap, shampoo, and conditioner
Dishwasher and soap

This unit is NOT pet friendly. There is a minimum $250 fine if a pet is found. Pets are not allowed in this unit.
There is now on-site staff in the office that also has a convenience store and women's boutique from the hours of 8AM to 7 PM. If you need anything during your stay after closing you can reach staff at our direct line.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time will forfeit 50% deposit.

Lovely spot with great views
Loved this place. Super comfy inside with an awesome porch. The views from the porch of the river below are phenomenal. Also, having a coffee shop next door was a win. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay in So Utah
Had a great stay at Dwellings. Property had all the conveniences of home, with a spectacular view of the canyon. Spent every afternoon watching the sun set with a good beverage. Highway was a little noisy.

Perfect home base for Zion
Property was exactly what we were looking for. The coffee shop next door was a pleasant addition. If you are a light sleeper be sure to bring a white noise machine or use the provided ear plugs. Seamless check-in/check-out process.

GREAT HOME BASE
We are two mountain bikers who stayed for 3 nights. Pluses: View is awesome, very clean, simple & easy check in, good communication with manager, central location (for biking!)
Negatives: busy traffic/road noise (ear plugs were kindly provided and slept well!), lumpy couch, could store some basic condiments (olive oil, salt, pepper, etc).
Overall: we really enjoyed our stay and would book again. Loved this particular unit as it was elevated and at the end
