Property and neighborhood were great. Host responded quickly to all messages. Overall we truly enjoyed the stay. Our only issue was the internet, it cut in and out every 20 minutes making it difficult to relax in the evening before bed or for my daughter to get her schoolwork done.

Florida Disney Vacation

We had a great vacation staying in this property close to Disney World. It was comfortable and relaxing to spend time in the pool and have the lovely view of the lake. We look forward to returning to the fun and sunny state of Florida!

House and pool were clean. Location is in a quiet & friendly neighborhood. We had pretty much everything we needed upon arrival. Host communicated instructions and answered questions in a timely manner. Few suggestions to possibly consider: home could use a little updating. Carpeting was old and did not appear to be the cleanest. Bedding definitely could be replaced throughout. Despite these minor things we would definitely stay here agin and recommend to other’s.

Perfect getaway

This house was the perfect size for our family of 6. We enjoyed the sunsets off the patio and watching all the ducks in the lake behind us. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks Nicole. Sitting outside watching the lake, fountain and sunsets are our favorite way to end a day whenever we are lucky enough to visit. We're so glad to see you had a great time.

Did not get to use the pool. There is a pool heater but that charge for it and you don't know until after check in. There is a minimum to use the pool hwatercas well. There was not enough toilet paper. They only allw one roll per bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay. I cannot complain about the property itself but it was a little further away from the attractions than we expected. Overall I would stay at this property again.

It served our purpose well. My only recommendation would be to make sure you bring dish soap and a dish cloth or sponge--none provided. The pool was great!

March stay

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very nice in a quiet neighborhood. Location was close to activities and golf courses. Only suggestion would be a umbrella for pool as the pool area was mostly sunny.

Thanks for the feedback. So glad to hear you had a great time and the property met your expectations. There used to be an umbrella on the pool deck, so I will investigate why a replacement was not in place.
