Beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 3-bathroom pool home just 5 minutes from Disney Parks!! 1 mile away from the New Margarita Resort. Located in the quiet community of Indian Creek which is 1/2 mile south of 192/Vine St in Kissimmee but still close to many shops and restaurants. This magnificent vacation rental features Quarts kitchen countertops, tile flooring throughout the home with laminate flooring in all bedrooms which consist 2 Master Bedrooms, 1 with a King Master bedroom with En-Suite Garden Spa Tub and 2nd bedroom queen bed and En-suite bathroom as well. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have 2 Twin Beds each. The home also includes Free High-Speed WIFI There are 5 wall-mounted smart TVs with Roku, Netflix, and YouTube. There is an XBOX with a few games as well as a Stereo with a CD Player and 2 DVD players. The large and fully equipped kitchen will have what you need to enjoy breakfast and meals. The large pool deck area is screened and enclosed as well as a covered lanai with added privacy as there is a privacy fence surrounding the back yard for you to relax and enjoy after a busy day at the parks. Private Pool - Games Room which includes Foosball and Air Hockey for a night of fun

Pool Heat is Provided for a fee of $30.00 per day Not included in the pricing.

The villa was as described and with current photos as advertised. Living areas were comfortable and kitchen had everything that we needed. Pool area was fresh with nice loungers and patio set with parasol. Ideally located near restaurants and supermarket. Excellent and prompt communication from host made biggest difference. Recommended

The property was in a very peaceful residential street and it had everything we needed. 10mins from Disney and 40mins from Universal we chose the location because we love the area and there are plenty supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host was great, really responsive and helpful pre visit. The property was well maintained, had every kitchen appliance you could need including an airfryer. It had way more space than we needed for a family of 4 with teenage kids and there was even a great games room in the garage. Our only recommendation (and its a minor one) would be to put in a pool fence so you dont need the door alarms. We know the alarms are a legal requirement but it just meant we couldn't leave a door open when accessing the pool area. The house was absolutely perfect for us and would highly recommend.

Lisa was incredible. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and gave our family a place to call home during our Disney Vacation. It was very close to all the parks. Approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. We even got a grocery delivery from Walmart. The pool was clean and the heat was a worthwhile addition. The beds and furniture are quite comfy and the game room was fun for all ages. A stay for us and we would definitely stay again.

The house was clean, comfortable, everything we needed for cooking was in the kitchen. ALL BEDS were comfortable. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood just minutes from Disney. Great Place & Location

This property is a great place to stay for families. It is well maintained and the pool area was really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and it's only minutes away from the parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

Great House

This house was amazing. The pool was perfect to relax after a day of Universal. The kids enjoyed the game room in the garage and it was close to walmart and restaurants. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there. It was the perfect size for all of us. The location was excellent. It never took more than 15 minutes to get to the parks. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Disney.

We enjoyed the house. It was just as advertised. We did have a small issue getting in when we first got there but Lisa was quick to respond and help us out. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
