As you walk in this extra-large 1000 sqft beautifully renovated unit with modern touches, you're welcomed with a spacious and inviting open layout that seamlessly blends the living room, dining area and kitchen. This thoughtful design ensures you can effortlessly entertain and enjoy quality time with loved ones

Bedroom 1 is equipped with a full sized bed, side table and 50 inch TV. Large closet with shelving for clothing storage.

Bedroom 2 has a twin sized bed for your sleeping comfort, side table with lamp and a comfy chair. Large closet with shelving for clothing storage.

Kitchen has lots of cabinets and large counter space where you can sit on the bar stools to enjoy meals, full sized fridge w/freezer, 4-burner gas range, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee machine.

New and comfortable pop-up sleeper chaise sectional in living room for lounging and sleeping positions, giving you an extra bed ideal for overnight guests and afternoon naps.

There is also a work desk with a chair. An extra computer monitor, desk lamp and surge protector available upon request.

Nice place to stay

We stayed here rather than trying to get multiple hotel rooms in the city. Was perfect for our needs and only 30ish minutes to Times Square. Accommodated 5 of us comfortably.

Perfect all-ages house

We loved staying at this property - clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There was enough space for a toddler to run around safely, but also would be perfect for a group of adults. We hope to stay here the next time we're in the Garfield area!

The apartment was nicely renovated, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it stayed cool in the apt. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away. I was worried about the commute to American Dream Mall but it was only 15 mins away and traffic was always good. We ate at a very nice diner only a mile away. The views of the NYC skyline wherever you drove in the area were really nice to see. We took an unplanned trip into NYC and rode the bus. The bus stop is only two streets away. The owner was very sweet and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient 3 bed near park

We were in town visiting family nearby and this was a conveniently located 3 bedroom place for our family (2 adults + 2 kids). There’s a great park around the corner and a couple of spots to grab breakfast (5 min drive). Tricia was very responsive before and throughout our stay. Would recommend!
