Just a fabulous farmhouse with modern amenities. Our host David was wonderful. We had the house for a month and hope to stay again next winter. The first floor is awash in sunlight, sitting on an elevation looking down over blueberry bushes and farm fields. The interior spaces are beautifully decorated with lovely art and textures. Heated bathroom floors- yay! Bedding is terrific.

Thomas and family were exceptional guests! Easy to communicate with and left the house in perfect condition. 10 4/10.
Very comfortable house in a quiet, convenient location. we loved the well-equipped kitchen and the proximity to walking trails and the farm stand. This was a great place for our family of 6 to stay for a nearby wedding.
What’s not to say about this property…except it was a little slice of heaven for us. Our family came to town for a wedding and it was the perfect place to relax, see the area, and get ready. The home was amazing, updated, clean, historic, and welcoming. Just a joy to be at. Perfect hosts and communication, as well! And the market to walk to was just as enjoyable.
Beautiful property, perfect location (especially in the fall!), house was exactly as described and had everything we needed for an ideal, comfortable, relaxing girls reunion weekend.
Stayed with 4 friends and enjoyed the beautiful home, incredible tub, and lovely market right at our fingertips. Scenery was gorgeous and enjoyed walking the trails across the street each morning.
Wonderful stay in Durham , NH. Gorgeous country setting with access to Durham and Portsmouth . Great coffee and sundries at the Emery Farm Stand. David, the host, was gracious and helpful. We can’t wait to go back for another stay!

Tom and his group left the house in extraordinary condition! Really, it was a gift to see how they obviously cared so nicely for the house. Please come again! David.
The owner is amazing! Very helpful and gave us suggestions for restaurants and sites. He even called after we left to thank us for visiting . His property is one of the best we have rented.
Amazing property! Would have loved to stay longer; such beautiful decor and nicely kept. The room accommodations were perfect for our group as well as the large dining table for board-games. Thank you!

We were three couples staying for the weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property sits on a large farm that is fascinating to explore. The Market, within walking distance on the property, is a great place for coffee, and breakfast fare. The host is very gracious, and makes you feel very much at home. We hope to return again.

We want to acknowledge that Abenaki, Penacook, and Wabanaki peoples have lived on this land and the place we call New Hampshire for more than 12,000 years. We invite you to join us as we commit ourselves to honoring exploring the full history of the land and its people. Catherine and David live on this farm, and happily share our joy of the land and the seacoast with guests who visit. We are also huge fans of the seacoast and all that has to offer in terms of great food, the arts, nature, and so much more. Let us see how we can help you to make your trip as memorable as possible.
