Huge beach entry *heated pool & SPA with `Typhoon` water slide, pool basketball and many floatings available! FULL Basketball / Pickleball Court, 3-hols Putting Green, Sit-around Fire-Pit and a large Playground for the little ones! Inside the house you would find equipped Kitchen, a large dining table, cozy living room, 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bonus area is the PRIVATE KARAOKE ROOM with POOL TABLE, AIR-HOCKEY TABLE, SKEE-BALL machine, ARCADE games, TV and endless fun!

*Pool can be heated for an additional $95 daily fee.

Excellent stay. My friends and I stayed there for Coachella 2026 and we didn’t want to leave the house. Amazing outside area with everything you can imagine. The host and property manager were great and super responsive with everything we needed. Amazing experience, would definitely book this house again :)

Everything was in good condition and plenty of necessities provided. One thing I would recommend is to get a larger skillet to cook with for larger families so they don’t have to use two different smaller ones, like we did. Otherwise, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and loved the place!!!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We had four kids (ages 3-11) and four adults and the house had more than enough space! Tons to do and the kids had a blast. Great spot to just hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather or close enough to take in the national parks or downtown Palm Springs. Property manager was a great host. Will definitely look to stay here again!!

Property manager very responsive and fixed issues right away. So many activities we didn’t have to leave: pool, game room, sport court, and karaoke stage. Bed in the primary was comfortable. Primary bathroom nicely updated. Could use one more bathroom to support all the beds and people that it can accommodate. Kitchen was older and small, but got the job done. Negatives: only two bathrooms, dim lighting throughout and fence between properties needs to be fixed as there are large gaps. Would stay again.

Everything you see and more!

I kept wondering if there truly was a basketball court, a huge pool, and a putting green but there were and all the other fun things you see in all the pictures. It is a playground. We had five adults and five kids everyone was happy. No one felt crowded with plenty of space to roam. We heated the pool which was worth every penny it was cold outside and warm in the pool. The host Hailey was a pleasure to work with. 5 Stars
