Rates only accurate for 12 months. This beautiful brand new modern 2 story 6 Bed/5.5 Bath lakefront home (4 King rooms plus 2 Kings in bunk room) sits on Norris Lake with a wall of windows offering Southern lake and mountain views, we are across from Sugar Hollow Marina in a private wooded 2 acre setting with a large paved private driveway. 5 of the rooms have a private full bathroom and there are multiple fireplaces and a hot tub for your enjoyment. There is a screened in porch with swinging day bed off the main bedroom. Please note, the 6th bedroom is a small room with just a set of bunk beds.

-The Sugar Hollow Marina Water Park is now open, hourly and daily passes (see video)
- 2 Icemakers, 3 Refrigerators, 2 laundry rooms, 7 TVs.
- Lower level will include giant scrabble, foosball, cornhole and a pub table for playing cards/games.
- Short walk with some steps to lake and a private covered dock w/slide.
- Very close to the popular jumping bridge and only a 2-10 minute boat ride to 4 fantastic marinas/restaurants (Sugar Hollow, Shanghai, Deerfield/Tiki Hut & Springs Dock).
- The popular Chapman Hill Winery & Deerfield Golf Resort are a short 5 min drive
- We are 30-45 mins from world class ATV trails (rentals and charters available)
- Great hiking, Cove Lake State Park, Norris Dam State Park, Cumberland Trail.
- We are 45 mins to an hour from Knoxville depending on where you're heading.
- There is a for fee concierge service for any grocery needs or special requests
- Local boat rental service that will deliver to our dock and pick up when you're done.
- Free EV charging station (14-50 plug).
This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 27 years to rent. If this is a corporate event, please ask for consideration. Service dogs are allowed.
