OVERVIEW: New Construction 2021 Party on the Docs is a 4300 square foot luxury lakefront home with expansive water views on year round water at Norris Lake. It is located 10 minutes from I75. It is nestled at the end of Hiawatha Ln. for privacy and yet only 1/3 mile to Twin Cove Marina where you can enjoy food, entertainment, and rent watercraft. The house has 9 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 2 half baths. There are beds for 24 guests with 7 king bedrooms, a double queen bedroom, and a 6 person bunk room. Luxury linens and towels are provided.
Norris Lake has 800 miles of shoreline and 20 full service marinas making it ideal for recreational boating and water sports. The 56 species of fish provides paradise for the avid fisherman. Within minutes of the house are nationally known hiking and ATV trails and a championship golf course. Picturesque Gatlinburg is one hour away. Twin Cove Marina (423-566-0976), (1/2 mile), is a full serrvice rental marina for boat rentals. Norris Lake Golf Cart Rentals (423-281-0496) rents, delivers, and picks up golf carts. You can ride in the area and use it for guests that have special needs accessing the lake. Royal Blue Adventures, LLC (423-319-6119) rents ATVs for the world renown trails within 30 minutes.
The main level has an incredible fully stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a double oven, and a large pantry for guest storage. The kitchen island and dining room provide seating for 22 guests. The great room has a large stone gas fireplace and 65 inch large screen TV. There are commercial sized laundry facilities.
The rec room level has another 65 inch large screen TV and a bar kitchen with commercial ice maker and 3rd refrigerator. There is a pool table, ping pong table, and shuffle board. Guests have access to a gaming system, satellite TV, and high speed internet. 3-4 guests have worked remotely at one time without internet issues.
There are 2 fifty foot decks that house a hot tub and outdoor seating for 25. There is a gas outdoor firepit. Cooking is easy on a gas grill and gas griddle.
The home has a private 2 story 2400 square foot aluminum dock with a slide. It has one covered boat slip, 2 open boat slips, a swim platform, and one wave runner dock. Enjoy campfires by the lake in an open firepit near the dock.
There is ample parking for 8 cars in the driveway and 2 boat trailers at the top of the drive. Boats may be launched at Twin Cove Marina. There is outdoor space for our cornhole game. The house is surrounded by picturesque walking areas. The lot has 300 ft. of lakefront.
There is a step-in shower on the main level with grab bars for the shower and a high toilet. There are 6 steps into the house entry level. Every need is accessible on the main level. A 3 minute drive to the marina provides no step access to a boat for those who can not navigate stairs to the lake. One flight of steps and a concrete walking path for lake access.
The home provides a crib, and infant feeding seat.
