The room was comfortable and very clean. It was an enjoyable stay. The area worked for us. There is a coffee shop and a breakfast & lunch place; both were excellent. There is also a thrift store and a neat place that sells crafts. And visit the guitar store for lots of vintage vinyl! Very friendly people!

The apartment was great!! Was exactly what we needed for a weekend wedding stay. The town itself was very small . My son was able to do some fishing in the creek/river that was within walking distance. Host was very pleasant and helpful in our communications. Would definitely recommend!

Nice, quiet week

Nice, quiet week, except for an occasional noisy truck. a waterfall daytrip to the Ithaca area was really good. Another good day was at the Hanford Mill Museum, near Oneonta. Great Perry's ice cream across the bridge. The two story privy was cute.

Great stay!

We needed a place in Greene for a wedding we were attending in smithville flats. It was a super easy quick commute to the wedding venue. This property was clean, updated, and comfy. It was larger than we expected based on the online pics which was a bonus. Direct access right outside of your door to all This small town has to offer! Thanks for a great stay!

What an absolutely wonderful stay! The only "issue" was my initial entry into the home was blocked by a troop of Girl Scouts selling cookies. Heckuva problem if you ask me! 5 star vinyl!

Grandson Time

The apartment was adorable and provided a great place for my grandson and I to just hang out after celebrating middle school promotion. His house is only 10 minutes from town so it was easy to go between. Love the apartment and the town. We had several good meals while watching TV. Thanks so much for helping to make my stay amazing!
