Excellent stay

Ken and Lorie’s condo was very comfortable. The online pictures do not do it justice. It was clean and very spacious for the two of us. We felt safe and secure in the gated complex and the grounds were very nicely landscaped. The location provided easy access to major roadways to get us were we needed to go. We highly recommend this condo.

Quiet, beautiful grounds and comfortable living space

We'll equipped kitchen, modern living space and a very nice neighborhood within a gated community. Nice patio, 2 great hot tubs, and 2 pools. Easy access to the 101, 51, and Greenway Pkwy. Owner was quick and responsive to make sure our stay went well.

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

This is an immaculate, quiet and beautiful condo located in north Phoenix, making it very easy to travel anywhere in the metro area for hiking, sightseeing, a quick trip for groceries or to many restaurants. The kitchen is nicely furnished for eat-in meal preparation. The queen size mattress is very comfortable. The owners are quick to respond to all inquiries. There is a designated parking spot adjacent to the building. It's really a wonderful place to call home while in Phoenix!!

Great Condo, Easy Access to Freeways around Phoenix

The condo is wonderful. It is exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed. The wi-fi and cable tv were great. The pool complex and hot tubs were terrific; we used them every day in our month long stay. We'd enjoy staying there again on our next visit.

THhs was one of the nicest condos we have visited. It was clean, nicely furnished, and had all of the amenities of home. The owners were gracious and accommodating. Even though we did not have time to use the pool and spa, it was a beautiful setting with tropical plants and flowers. We had use of the washer and dryer, and our own parking space. The outdoor space was nice for morning and evening meals..

Too Short...

Terrific spot. Easy access to 17 and 101 an 51 for getting around, in and out of Phoenix! Condo nice and comfy, All needs met-sleeping, food, pool, jacuzzi, walking. QUIET!! Plenty of light from windows.

Great Condo !!!

We really enjoyed our six week stay at this condo. It was very spacious, attractively furnished, and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, and all the utensils you really need in a kitchen. The Owners were very friendly and accommodating, including letting us into the condo a few days early, and quickly responding to the one issue we had (the internet failed and required replacement of the modem). The condo is in a gated complex, which is well kept, and quiet. Its close to all sorts of shopping, two parks within walking distance, and has a heated pool and well equipped fitness facility. There is plenty to do in and close to Phoenix. And if you’re in the mood for a little quite time, the balcony is a great place in the afternoon and early evening to catch-up on some reading. We definitely would recommend this vacation condo rental. Ken & Ginny M.
