The space:
Whether you're in Phoenix for a meeting, conference, sporting event, visiting family, or simply exploring the area, we welcome you and your group to your home away from home, where you are just minutes away from all the action.
Our Unit 1 is a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, downstairs apartment.
*The sleeping arrangements consist of one queen-size bed and one full/double bed (measuring 54 inches wide and 75 inches long). Please be mindful that the full/double bed is slightly smaller, so ensure it will be comfortable for both occupants if there are two of you sharing that bed.*
When booking, please provide the accurate number of people staying so we can best prepare for your stay.

Additional Rules: Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or damage to the unit may result in additional charges. If you have any questions or need approval for your pet before booking, feel free to reach out!
As a guest, you will have access to the outdoor common areas such as the courtyard and laundry facilities. We want to ensure that you feel comfortable and safe and have everything you need during your stay, so please let us know if you have any questions. Time: Check-in is available from 4 pm onwards.
Access: You will receive a unique access code to the keyless entry system within 24 hours before your check-in date.
Parking: On-site, open parking spots are available for each unit. Street parking is available as well.
Transportation: There are various transportation options available. These include public transportation such as buses and light rail, as well as ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. Additionally, there may be bike rental stations or walking paths nearby for those who prefer to explore the area on foot or by bike.
Check-Out Instructions:
Time: Check-out is strictly by 10 am. Late check out subject to $100 USD. Dishes: Please wash any used dishes and once dried, put them away. Towels: Pile used towels on the bathroom floor. Beds: Simply leave used beds unmade (no need to strip the beds). Furniture: Return any rearranged furniture to their original location. Remotes: Place remotes next to their respective TV. Power Off: Turn off all appliances, lights, and AC. Trash: Cleaners will remove the trash to the blue bin unless you prefer to. Windows & Doors: Close all windows and lock all exterior doors. Don’t Forget: All your belongings and text us when you’re checked out. Key: Ensure the property is locked and if applicable, return any lockbox keys.
Note: Consideration for early Check-In @ 2pm and late Check-Out @ 12pm, requires approval and payment. We are located in an up-and-coming area, on the edge of one of the funkiest and coolest areas of Phoenix called Roosevelt Row. Roosevelt Row was named a 2015 Great Place in America by the American Planning Association. You can walk to so many different attractions. This area is still a little bit gritty and a lot artsy with many smaller businesses run by urban hipsters and long-standing non-corporate mom-and-pop operations. If you are looking for something suburban and uniform this location may not suit you. If you are looking for character we have lots of it! Some things you will find nearby: art galleries, grassroots coffee shops that have sidewalk gardens with organic veggies growing and bees out back, antique stores, movie theaters, and cool restaurants.
Please be aware that our property is located alongside a public alleyway/driveway. If you are not accustomed to or comfortable with this urban environment, you may want to consider alternative lodging.
Despite our efforts in pest control, certain factors, such as feral cats, are beyond our control. Please note that refunds will not be provided for these reasons, so please consider this before making a reservation. Check in was easy as can be. Apartment was Clean! Location was great! Not entirely sure what was up with AC but the apartment was cool for the most part (4 Out of 5) there. Would 100 hundred percent stay again! :)

I don’t think this is what I reserved but stayed at two bedroom two bath, two leveled home. The area is very busy and kind of sketchy so I only ended up staying one of the two nights. The dumpster at the entrance door of the house was my first impression. But the home smelled clean and although it was it just seemed dingy with the brown carpets on the second level bulging in places. The TV does not work and there was only one in the living room area. Missing a component within to be able to connect to WiFi. The backyard connected to the house that’s enclosed seems to be a waste of space and could really be put to better use than looking like an emptied junkyard. Overall I appreciate the stay but will not be returning. If you need a space to just lay your head this is it, definitely you get what you pay for deal here. Lots of cat in the parking alley so be careful coming in and out of the house and parking.

You originally reserved a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit, but we upgraded you at no additional cost to a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom two-level home due to a maintenance repair in the original unit. That repair has since been completed.
Our listing description clearly states that the property is in downtown Phoenix, a busy urban area. Many guests choose the location specifically for its proximity to downtown attractions, but we understand it may not be ideal for everyone.
Regarding the TV, the listing specifies that there is one TV located in the living room. It is a smart TV that connects to Wi-Fi, and guests simply need to log into their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix or similar services.
The backyard area is not intended for regular guest use because previous guests have occasionally left the back door open, creating security concerns in a downtown setting.

Romina was not catfished. When she arrived to the unit she complained about a gas like smell and kept accusing us of having a leak, mold, bad pipes and everything under the sun. Because we knew Romina was not happy we offered to refund her everyday for the remainder of her stay and everyday she chose to stay until the end of the reservation.

It was a quick lift from the airport and to the activities we were interested in in Phoenix. Easy check in process once you figure out it's a white building and not an orange building, so the directions could use some updating. Quick and easy communication with the host. It's a good place to rest your head at night but not necessarily the most comfortable or amenity rich vacation rental. Would recommend booking if you'll spend most of your time out and about.
