From the pictures I was expecting a small condo but I was surprised by a spacious upper unit in a quadplex. Internet worked well and there is cable and a couple apps to use on the tv. The grill was a nice surprise as well. It's hooked to natural gas so you don't have to worry about it running out. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Overall we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we came back to the area.

The condo was wayyyy nicer than what we expected based from the picture posted. It exceeded our expectations beyond excellence. Both rooms were so spacious and all the area in the condo were clean. Jared was so responsive to my inquiries and accommodating to our needs. I would 10/10 recommend to our friends and family. I originally wanted to gatekeep during Coachella weekends but it's too good.

Clean and quiet getaway

Large and well appointed space in a tranquil and safe neighborhood. Close to everything in the Palm Desert area, and only 30 minutes away from the more lively Palm Springs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great spot for long weekend with friends!

My friends and I stayed 5 nights here for Coachella and it was great! Comfortably sleeps 5. Loved the neighborhood and pool access. Only rated 4 stars because of a few minor issues (fridge water filter needs to be replaced, wifi didn’t work well). That said, I’d come back and stay here!
