The Space:
Island Royale P103, on the penthouse level, is the perfect getaway for you and your family. This 2BR/2BA condo is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico and has spectacular views and plenty of space for the whole family. From your top floor, you can just relax and enjoy sunrises, gorgeous views and maybe even a few dolphin swimming by. The condo has balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom.
The condo sleeps up to 6 guests and features a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior appointments include a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, wireless internet access, Flat Screen TVs, a DVD player, washer and dryer, private balcony and high-end cotton linens.
Complex Amenities: Island Royale includes an indoor heated pool, Gulf-front pool, fitness center, spa/hot tub, steam room/sauna, BBQ area, covered entry, and sun deck.

Outstanding views!!! Great location!!For Penthouse suite, I feel some upgrades need to be done in bathrooms.A/C went out our first day, but they responded very fast and new hvac was put in the next morning

Couldn’t have been better! Great location. Plenty of space. Everything we needed was in the condo. Close walk to shops/restaurants. View from the balcony was amazing. ALBVR communication was great. Easy check in process. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Not pleased with my stay
Upon check in-the floors were filthy. The washer and dryer are in poor condition, not energy efficient at all. The furniture has stains on all areas. The drawers in the master are not secure and will fall out.

Good location but was not as clean as it should have been.
Queen bed wasTerrible! After second night I had a back ache that increased with each night. Both tub floors were badly stained and slick. AC return vent grate was thick with dust. Our feet were black after one day of walking barefooted in the condo.

Not worth what it cost!
This property needs some serious updates. The tub in the master bath is an accident waiting to happen. It is very hard for old people to stand comfortably. The bottom is concave. The kitchen is not well equipped either. We were constantly washing dishes which I don't mind. I would not stay in this unit again but I really liked Island Royale.

The condo has nice floor plan. The balcony is roomy and large and location is great. Here is the downsides the owners really should consider. First, the cleaning service. We had dishes with dried food on them, ceiling fan had a half inch of dust on it. Also, when we got their one of the tubs was full of water. Just not clean. Second, the furniture. It was so stained and dirty we were uncomfortable sitting on a few pieces. I mean really stained, like my husband wondered if a child had gotten sick on a chair. It’s time to update the furniture. The condo just has so potential to be so much more.

When we arrived at the condo we were very pleased. However, as we surveyed the condo we noticed many things that need to be updated. There were two bedside lamps that did not work (one didn't even have a light bulb in it) in the master bedroom, the shower caddy was rusted, the couch had several stains on it, the iron did not work (it had a piece of tape on the plug, which could have been a fire hazard), no instructions on the TV (which had multiple remotes that didn't work), one of the deck chairs had a hole in the seat. I hate to complain but these items above should be looked into. Overall, our stay was nice, but unless updates were made, would not stay in this condo again. Might find a different condo in the same building.

Since your visit, the unit has been fully assessed and deep cleaned. We have replaced or removed any broken or rusted items, added touch-up paint, updated the balcony furniture, and made several other improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Although we acknowledge these updates should have been addressed before your arrival, we wish we had been made aware during your stay so we could have taken action to resolve them right away and ensure your stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.
Ceiling fan in living room, fins are covered with dust. All window shutters need to be cleaned. Both bathtub drains very slow (standing water while you shower). The two lights above dining room table did not work. Had to keep flipping switch up and down until the kitchen light would come on. The 2nd bedroom window on the North side needs to be sealed. When the wind blows it whistles loud enough that it is difficult to sleep. Ended up taping all around window. Fire alarm went off 3 times in one week. Had to walk down 32 flights of stairs. Stain on arm of sofa. Dining room chairs are stained, cushions need to be replaced. I had read a review in November on a October renter's review that basically had the same remarks that I just made. Nothing was corrected when we got there on January1,2023. Embarrassing when company came. Will look elsewhere.

This cozy condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the decorations, wasn’t overwhelming with beach deco. Had just the perfect amount to make it feel home-like. The beds were super comfortable. Loved being on the top floor too, had such an amazing view. The grounds are clean and loved the fact that there was Security available. Kitchen was stocked well for what we needed. AC worked wonderfully (family got cold but I was perfectly comfortable).
We loved that it was nice and quiet. Elevators worked well without long waits. The parking assigned to our condo was PERFECT! Right be the elevators and close to beach entrance so we were able to leave cooler and beach items without having to haul it all up and down daily.
To the owners: Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We will definitely stay here again. We can’t find anything we’d like to change about your space. Thanks!

I booked this on a last minute decision and didn’t regret my impulse booking one bit. Everything was as pictured. Views were beautiful. The unit’s parking spot was right near the pool entrance and beach access, which was perfect. I just left a lot of the kids’ beach things in the car instead of hauling them back and forth up the elevator. I’d definitely stay here again.
Excellent view of ocean, kitchen & living had been updated, parking & beach access was was very convenient.
We enjoyed our time!
