Host was very accommodating when we were evacuating from a hurricane, made the whole process less stressful. Our fur babies loved the fenced in yard

First impression of the outside of the property was how overgrown everything was. Grass needed to be cut very badly.Inside the kitchen was good and bathrooms were decent, but there was only one towel provided per guest for the entire stay and not enough wash cloths by far. There was a big dead roach in one of the twin rooms and the beds were barely made. Blankets thrown over the beds and just looked like they had already been laid in that day. We appreciate the price, truly. We weren’t expecting to much. We just wanted somewhere that felt clean. Maybe a new cleaning staff/person would help with this?

Hi Cassandra, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay at our property. We take your feedback seriously and have since hired a new cleaner to help ensure the home is properly maintained and cleaned for our future guests. Regarding the yard, we typically have it mowed every other week. Unfortunately, during that time of year, we were experiencing frequent rain, which caused the grass and plants to grow much faster than usual. The yard was scheduled to be mowed just a couple of days after your checkout, but we recognize that it should have been taken care of before your arrival. We apologize for overlooking this and for the inconvenience it caused. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving our guests’ experience.

Always home away from home

I've stayed at this property back in 2022 and again recently, and it is always home away from home. The hosts are very intentional about providing beautiful, functional, clean, PEACEFUL, living spaces, and I will probably only rent from them. My family and I have actually stayed at 3 of the host's different properties, and the experience is consistent. They are wonderful people, and the properties won't disappoint.

Nice quiet neighborhood

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house is close to shopping and eating. The bed in the built on master suite was very comfortable. There were tv's in the master bedroom, the bedroom with the half bath and the living room. There were no tv,s in the bunk bed rooms. The only down side is there was no pool on the property. I would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay and All Around Incredible Experience!!!

Great property. Rooms were spacious, the location was close to malls, and several places to eat. We had an event on NAS Base so I was there everyday and the communte was good, about 20 minutes. The fenced yard was great for our puppy. There are dogs in the adjoining yard so just be aware. They were sweethearts though. My parents loved the Master with their own bathroom and I really appreciated having the queen bedroom with private 1/2 bath (toilet). The owners were super responsive and really nice to work with.

Very Nice!

This charming home was spotless and comfortable. The location was perfect. Close by restaurants and shops -- easy access to 295 and I 95. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host of this property was very gracious and always returned your calls promptly. I would stay again.

Our Quinces Weekend

I want to say that the best part of this weekend for me was waking up every morning with a cup of coffee, sitting on the patio area in the back. This house provided us a great place to relax and enjoy being a family. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay there and i hope to return to make more memories with my family.
