Thank you for staying with us. Our home is intentionally designed as an old English Cottage style property (as noted in the listing title and description and as pictured throughout the listing). The interior is meant to feel traditional rather than modern, and the wood used throughout the home was brought over from England. Regarding the televisions: We provide working TVs in the master bedroom and both living areas. The television in the kids’ room uses an antenna for local channels and also has a DVD player with a selection of movies available. If it wasn’t displaying properly, it was most likely on the incorrect input. We wish you had reached out to us at any point during your five-night stay—we would have been happy to walk you through it or resolve any issue right away. On the pest concerns: We maintain monthly professional pest control with Grey’s, a local company. Florida’s climate means insects are a normal part of the environment, even with regular treatment. After your departure, Grey’s performed a follow-up service and we thoroughly inspected the property; we did not find termites or any similar insects in the bedrooms or elsewhere in the home. Our pest control provider is always willing to return for an additional treatment if needed. We genuinely encourage all guests to contact us during their stay so we can address any concerns promptly. Thanks for staying with us Kay! As shown in our photos - we are an old English Cottage feel - so definitely going for that old world feel! In the upstairs bathroom the walk in shower is behind the door - so it is a full bathroom on the 2nd level - 2 full bathrooms on the first level and a 1/2 bath in the garage.
