Waterfront lake house, huge deck, king beds, family friendly on Lake Livingston!

Affectionately dubbed, “Casa De La Sultana.” This beautiful waterfront 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home sits on a 1 acre lot. This beauty leaves nothing to desire. Big dock and pier where you can show off your sportsmanship and catch Catfish and Crappie! Grill those bad boys on the BBQ pit or fry them in the kitchen. Another fan favorite is to just sit back and unwind with friends / family on the newly added covered, massive back porch or by the fire pit! :) At the bulkhead the water is approximately 2 1/2 feet deep, 4 feet at the end of dock. Navigate your way across the cove and hunt for Indian arrowheads. :) This is a fantastic home to make memories of a lifetime! Take in the stunning scenery and enjoy! The amazing sunrise / sunset will make this your favorite place to relax and unwind!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
ALL garbage from home, deck & dock put in the outside garbage can on driveway MUST be in a garbage bag, no loose items.Pull garbage can up to street upon departure.
Place all used sheets and towels in laundry area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unless otherwise requested to use boat lift and jet ski lifts, we will have our boat and skis here. Need ample notice to move out if needed.
Should there be any extra fee from our maids for cleaning, there will be an extra charge for incidentals.
Traeger pellet grill along with a griddle available for your use. We don’t supply pellets for grill so bring yourself some :)

My family and I stayed at this Beautiful Lakeview Property to celebrate my wife and I’s 38th Wedding Anniversary. The home was well maintained and there was complimentary coffee. The fishing dock was fun for the entire family and we managed to catch lots of fish. The neighborhood was quiet and the people that we encountered were kind. Overrall, we had a good time and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. We'd definitely recommend this getaway spot to others.

Amazing family holiday

The property was just stunning. The lake views, the decor of the house, the kitchen, the shower! I couldn’t say enough nice things about this house and our hosts Naomi and Todd, who were easy to communicate with and truly wanted to make sure my family and I enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this rental, and intend on rebooking myself.

Perfect getaway

My husband has been begging to rent a lake house where he can just walk out to fish & this was perfect for him, the kids, and even mom! They got to fish all day and all night and I got to finally get great relaxation! The owners were wonderful and had great communication! We'll definitely be back!

Our family enjoyed our time together in this impressive amenity filled home. We loved the lake views that was afforded throughout the house and enjoyed fishing off the dock. Appreciated the fencing with gate in the back yard that guarded the shoreline from little ones. Thank you!

Perfect Spot

Our family of eight, including a toddler stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend. This property was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lake. There was plenty of room to spread out inside and outside. The yard was perfect for games. Back deck was great for sitting, visiting and drinking coffee. The boat dock was great for fishing and swimming. It had all we needed and more. Thanks for a great place.

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and clean! Although the water level of the lake was extremely low, we were able to catch quite a few blue catfish from the dock. Definitely plan to book again.

We fell in love with the home due to its location in the cove. We sit across from a Park and have the luxury of a beautiful view that will never be obstructed by more homes. Serene, peaceful, and relaxing. Bonus that our neighbors are all like family now too!
