Our home is right on the water with amazing sunset views!

Enjoy gorgeous views of the lake from the open-concept Living Room / Dining Room/ Kitchen or while unwinding in the oversized Master Bedroom/ Bathroom.

The Kitchen is full-sized with seating for 8 at the Dining Table + 2 at the island.

Play in the spacious back yard, make s’mores on the fire pit or simply enjoy a sunrise and cup of coffee on the covered deck or enclosed porch.

Swing into the lake on one of the TWO rope swings or just enjoy the scenery over the water from the boathouse deck.

Relax in the 3 bedrooms and extra room with a queen-sized pull out sofa bed.

Have family time with a game of cornhole, put together a puzzle, or have a game night with one of several board games (no Monopoly fights!).

My kiddos and friends had a great time. There was plenty to do and a great spot on the lake. The host responded quickly and gave great recommendations. The grill was out when we first arrived (wasn’t aware) and he immediately replaced it without asking.

We enjoyed our weekend here. The location is good. The fishing off of the bulkhead was pretty good. We went primarily for fishing and caught several catfish, perch and bass! Nice view of the lake from the patio. The house was clean and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Check-in/Check-out was easy. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions on everything which made the whole experience smooth. We will definitely book this house again next time we go to Lake Livingston.

We have an excellent stay! It was great for our family of 5 and our kiddos friends. The bubble gum machine was a big hit along with the rope swing. If you bring your boat or jet skiis the boat launch is minutes away and you can park your trailer just up the street with no issues!

Our trip to the Livingston Lake House was exactly what we wanted. The house was large enough for all 8 of us to have family space and individual space. The lake was amazing and my Grandsons and Daughter enjoyed the rope swings. I enjoyed soaking in the memories we made and cooling off in the lake. My Son and Grandsons caught 52 fish. We caught and released as the catfish were small, but the acual catching for my boys taught them lessons that will stay with them for life. We enjoyed site seeing, the woods,and the surrounding local shops. I especially enjoyed the people of Livingston, down to earth, kind hearted welcoming people everywhere we went. Thank you Stephen for opening your home to us. It was wonderful.

Our group was an older girls group and we found the house to be a perfect place to visit and enjoy the scenery. The outdoor porch was a blessing on a beautiful day to snack and play games. We even acted like kids as we enjoyed the garage full of games with fierce competition. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the directions for maintaining and using the house were excellent. Thanks Stephen for sharing your house.

Absolutely amazing vacation home! Super clean and cozy! There isn’t a thing they missed as far and supplies, games, and perfect environment needed for your perfect vacation. Right on the water! This place is amazing! Perfect family get-away. The grandbabies thought they were at Disney with all the great activities! There is an ahhh moment at every turn. Everything was as advertised. The owner was very prompt to communicate immediately after we made the reservation and when we had questions. If you have kids (young and old), they will like the garage...pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and competition basketball.

This was an amazing place! The owner was so incredibly nice and everything was so nice! There were welcome baskets with snacks & everything to make Smores! There was something for every age group including a playground around the corner! The owner left detailed explanations about everything pertaining to the house and the area! Had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. Lots of stuff for the kids. Jet ski rental is close by as well. The kids loved all the snacks, s’mores and gum ball machine. The house has just about everything you could need. We look forward to hopefully returning one day.
