Comfortable Island home packed with amenities. Sea Pines offers a nice shady yard and back screened porch in a quiet neighborhood. HD Flat Screen TV. Offers WiFi and Wired High Speed Internet and Charcoal Grill! HD Flat Screen TV, Sling TV (Bring your own login for Amazon/Netflix). Close to Nature Trail. Walk to Beach Road and nearby restaurants.

Linens and Towels Provided.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Great choice for our Chincoteague vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. Solid construction weathered the storm that blew through one day. Sparkling clean throughout, carpet was new, sofa was super comfy for sitting or lounging on. There was a stool in the closet for reaching higher cabinets so I was glad to see previous complaints in reviews had been addressed. It was just my husband and myself but this would be a good choice for a small family too. We enjoyed the quiet and the privacy of the screened porch. There were no basic spices for cooking so will bring those next time. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked. Don’t forget the bug spray. Mosquitoes were hungry!

Great choice for a longer stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was just what we needed. The only thing I would do differently was make sure linens were included. For some reason this property manager does not include linens at this house. I think they do have an option to rent them? I thought it was no big deal, but we flew in from Seattle and we prefer to fly with carry on only. So we bought a set of sheets and 2 beach towels at Walmart. I like to wash new sheets before using them, this property has a washer and dryer, there was some detergent there, but we we’re exhausted when we arrived, and had to do laundry and make the bed before we could nap. There were no hand towels or kitchen towels, pot holders or a bathmat. A set of sheets comes with 2 pillowcases so the first night we had one pillow each, then I bought more pillowcases at the dollar general.....These were things I had not thought of in the no linens deal. There were some mattresses covers in the closet so we used one for a bathmat and washed it and put it away before we left. There were paper towels so we used those more than we normally would. We were going to buy some pot holders but kept forgetting, so used a sweatshirt. The house was simple and older, the kitchen was very well supplied. The air conditioning was awesome. We loved the screen porch. It was a great deal for the money. We would stay again.

Has nice 2 bedrooms, living room , dinner/ kitchen setup and screened in patio! Location was perfect; close to main strip and beach wasn’t far.

I recommend this location it’s also close to the blue berry festival and Maddox rd fir walking distance to nearby stores if you chose also a great area to ride cruise around on a bike

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First night the toilet backed up & no plunger so I bought one. Remote for tv didn't work had to buy batteries. I feel for what is charged they can definitely update from the 1970's. Also it was obvious the cleaning guy doesn't move anything when he cleans found mcdonald chicken mcnugget container under the book that gave information about the house!

So we enjoyed our stay and the house was just the size we needed.

Simply a roof over your head at the beach, not much more

Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth time using Harbour Rentals and the first time we have been totally dissatisfied. I have never left a negative review before, but would hate for someone else to unknowingly have the same experience. We chose a small, inexpensive home knowing it would only be my husband and I. We really aren't picky -- we were looking for a small, clean, comfortable place to stay. This was not it. I have no problem with being greeted by ancient orange carpet if it's clean. This was so stained and matted down that it immediately made you feel ill at ease about the entire house. I used to laugh at reviews that mentioned the carpet needing replacing because I felt like it was probably nitpicky. This place was an eye opener on that subject! We both like to cook, but this kitchen was just a hodgepodge, both the actual kitchen physically and the contents. This definitely killed the desire to cook. The pots and pans it had were on the top shelf that even my 5'7" self couldn't reach and no stool to be had. The kitchen chairs have been patched back together, maybe from people standing on them to reach the pans? The furniture on the screened porch was so filthy that we couldn't eat on it when we got there. The screen porch actually was a nice size. We were so turned off at the initial grime that we rarely ended up using it. There was no comfortable furniture, just an old couch that could probably fit 3 people snugly. Any additional people would have to sit on a wooden bench, director's chairs or the nasty carpet! The listing says "packed with amenities". Sadly, there are none.I hate to be so negative, but renter beware. I can say that the location is great, it's in a very quiet area close to town and the AC works just fine. I do believe that just replacing the carpet would be a huge step in the right direction. A careful look at the kitchen could also go a long way.
