The house worked for our purposes of staying a few days in Leadville to do some hiking. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable, though the bedrooms are a tight fit with the queen-sized beds. Someone 6'2" or might not be comfortable with the rather low ceilings. Large TV and sofa. Location close to the main drag and walkable to the Mineral Belt Trail.
Relatively quiet at night and a well functioning kitchen that had just about everything you needed. Walkable to the main streets and not far from the local dog park. The only thing I would change would be to add in room darkening drapes for the bedrooms.
Check in and out was excellent. Nice quiet street and a fenced front yard. Amenities were great, just wished there was a grill. Bedrooms - comfy bed w/nightstands that had USB ports for charging electronics. Do wished there was a small 2 or 4 drawer cabinet for undergarments (underwear/socks...etc) in the closets. Couch was large and comfortable with nice size TV for viewing after a day outdoors. Kitchen was great with coffee pot/Keurig combo which included the coffee, 4 slice toaster, electric tea pot, as well as pots and pans for cooking. Only missing 9" pan to make brownies, cinnamon rolls, or biscuits. Heater worked great! We had to turn it down a little bit because it worked so well. Bathroom was a great size with everything one would need, including kleenex. Loved the washer and dryer, made it easy to take clean clothes home.
Cute house, great updates on kitchen and bathroom. Would not recommend for 6 people.
Master bedroom small but great. Second bedroom, bed is against the wall. The couch in the living room is really long.
Our dog loved the fenced yard, it’s small but she could see around the neighborhood and just hang out on the grass.
Could use some measuring spoons in the kitchen.
This was a perfect property for our needs. We were there for a wedding. Four of us stayed there. It was very cozy, a full equipped kitchen and very clean. The beds were really comfortable too.
The house turned out to be beautiful and comfortable. We were very happy with the beds. The bathroom is gorgeous with the tile floor and walls. The kitchen had top notch appliances.
We loved our stay. Hope to come back next year.
A cozy, modern home away from home in a fantastic location
Such a nice home with a updated kitchen, comfortable beds, awesome family room and several great touches. Close to downtown but also Colorado Mountain College and the bike path. A definite must-stay!
The house was a comfortable and clean place to stay. It had all the amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were very easy to use. There was plenty of space for two people in the living room/dining room/kitchen. The bedrooms were a bit small, but worked. The location was fine. It was about a ten minute walk to the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again.
The house is great, and in a great location! Everything we needed was provided. Corner lot gives it a little privacy. Bed was very comfortable. So nice to have the fenced yard for the pup, and the little sitting area outside. We had a wonderful stay!
Stayed 3 nights in late May with my wife and 2 dogs. First time staying in Leadville. Didn't look like much from the outside, but very nicely done on the inside. Very comfortable, with everything we needed. Washer and dryer were nice to have, though be aware that there's not a dishwasher. We enjoyed walking with the dogs around town, and hopping in the car to explore the beauty of the surrounding area. It's handy to have a real grocery store (Safeway) in town. The Mountain Goat and Casa Sanchez were good places to eat. Communication with the manager was excellent. We'd definitely stay here again.
