Family friendly quiet getaway! The Grande @ Tuscany Inn Tennessee

The Piazza House Grande sleeps 4 on the queen size memory foam mattress and pull out sofa, plus 3 in the “tiny house” loft (the loft has a 4ft ceiling height and most suitable for younger guests). The large living space has a memory foam queen size bed and deluxe queen size sofa bed as well as queen size memory foam mattress & foldout chair in the loft . It has a spa like bathroom. There is a beautiful cedar porch overlooking the sheep that you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Includes access to our saltwater hot tubs (including a private tub), full kitchen, access to our covered gazebo with lounge chairs, gas fireplace, & more.

Tuscany Inn Tennessee:

Situated adjacent to an Old World, Tuscan style renovated Tennessee barn. We offer a unique studio, set on a “piazza” with hot tub, fire pit and relaxing seating areas. It is surrounded by amazing views reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside, featuring vineyards and sheep. Next to the Piazza is The Trattoria, our in-house bistro featuring homemade dishes crafted by Chef Esther. Enjoy a full breakfast (including our traditional English Breakfast), or a quick bite, before enjoying a hike on our 33 acres, or visiting any of the amazing waterfalls and scenery surrounding the area. Finish the day with a delightful dinner and a movie around the fire. We do allow pets, however we have 2 dogs that live here (Maggie & Sydney). They protect the property and are very friendly with people.

- Check-in is anytime after 3PM
- Check out by 12PM (noon)
- 2-night minimum on weekends
- Self check-in with lockbox/Keyless entry
- Smoking only permitted in outside areas (includes vapes, CBD, any substance)
- Alcohol is permitted, however you need to drink responsibly.
- Please refrain from using inappropriate language and rude behavior.

$55 cleaning fee

Notice: Please be aware early Autumn is “stink bug” season in Tennessee, especially rural areas. They can fly in when the doors open, and will buzz around the property. Tuscany Inn Tennessee uses a local pest control service regularly, and is doing our best to mitigate the issue as much as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A lovely, spacious room with a porch and lounge area with hot tub. Very quiet and relaxing. Hosts were very friendly and Esther was a great cook. Would be happy to stay there again.

The property and Hosts Easter and Tammy were just magnificent and very friendly. The food and service served on site was just unbelievable. The Grande Room we stayed in was awesome. I will return for another stay and highly recommend to all my friends.

Definitely telling family and friends about this gem. Highly recommend to anyone considering. Esther and Tamara were incredible hosts. And Esther’s cooking… BEST ITALIAN FOOD WE HAVE EVER HAD. Take advantage of the food options. You will not be disappointed. I promise!! My wife and I stayed in the Grande. Beautiful room! The private back deck and hot tub offered much needed relaxation and was well worth it. Can not wait to schedule our next trip!

After 20 years of visiting Tennessee searching for their dream location, they finally were led to Smith County and discovered the perfect piece of land, reminiscent of the Chianti region of Italy.
