On a canal only a few houses in from the bay. 80 ft of dock space. Rent a boat or bring your own. Parking available for an RV, boat trailer & covered parking for your car. Watch boats go by, iguanas sun & manatee sightings without leaving home. Fish cleaning table, gated community, overlooking mangroves.

The space
Entire home on a canal with a large dock for you to use for all your boating enjoyment or just the relaxing tropical island experience. We have great views of the bay and wildlife that may swim by(don’t be surprised if you see a Manatee or two swimming in the canal). We are surrounded by mangroves in front and back of the home which gives you added privacy and security. We are conveniently located off of US-1/Overseas Highway on an exclusive private gated street. It’s one of the first streets as you enter the Florida Keys giving you easy access to the Keys and Miami. We are about an hour to Miami International Airport and not too far from Islamorada. We have plenty of parking and even space for a boat or an RV. We also have a grill, fire pit with adirondack chairs and we have lounge chairs. There are 4 kayaks for use. One is a 2 person kayak so up to 5 people can kayak at once.
