Serene Oceanfront Getaway Cherry Grove (North Myrtle Beach)3BR

Our oceanfront condo is well kept. Spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious balcony, living room and master bedroom of our 4th floor unit. You will find all the conveniences of home in our well appointed home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have a full size washer and dryer, 2 cable TVs, free wireless internet access.

Master bedroom king, second bedroom queen, third bedroom 2 twin beds. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the balcony thru sliding glass doors. There is also a wet bar. Elevator and 4th floor parking for your convenience. You will find our beach to be outstanding and not overly crowded.

This is a great location, quiet and free of the commercialized Grand Strand. It is an easy drive to all the entertainment attractions, over 100 golf course, shopping centers, and restaurants along the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach. Accessible from Myrtle Beach or Wilmington airports (3 and 1/2 hours from Raleigh/Durham airport).

You can book our condo with confidence-our rates have no hidden costs: they include linens and departure cleaning.

The place was great. Very clean and a great place for our family vacation. Will definitely stay again. Only issue we had all week is with the key lock it is very hard to punch in the numbers but other than that everything was wonderful.

Loved the location and the condo has many great amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, right on the beach, whirlpool and pool! The condo is very nice and the beds comfortable. Does need a thorough cleaning and the utility closet and air filter needs addressed. All in all, a lovely stay and would book again.

We had an excellent week in an ocean front condo. Although, this is an older building, it has been renovated and the various people in the building were very nice. My only complaints would be for the hard mattress in the master bedroom and for the lack of tvs in the other 2 bedrooms. Overall, a good spot for looking at the ocean from the balcony.

Wonderful getaway.

We've been coming to the area for the last 9 years and the location of this unit is perfect for us. Property is at a perfect spot. You are far enough away from downtown to not have to deal with a bunch of people, but still within a few minutes of a drive to do whatever you want/need. Condo was spacious and clean. Was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. Definitely will be back!

We had a great stay at Sea Pointe 403. The condo was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed including a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. It has a wonderful view of the beach and is just a short walk up to the inlet. We would absolutely stay here again if returning to the area.

A great stay!

We loved this oceanfront property! The condo is very spacious and up to date. We love the beach area and the pool area! The property manager was very helpful during our stay and was quick to respond when we needed them. The beach area is very laid back and not crowded. This part of North Myrtle had some cute shops and restaurants but it was also a short drive into Myrtle Beach for some other restaurant options and fun things to do! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again upon returning to Myrtle Beach.

Arriving and accessing the property was a breeze. Loved parking on the same level as our condo. The condo was well stocked, beds were made and very comfy. Great view and got some wonderful sunrise pictures. Had great food and made new memories! Hope to rent again.

Family Vacation

The location was wonderful! It's the main reason why we chose it, because it was so close to the inlet. There were 6 of us that went, all 18 years and older. I would like to mention the room with the twin beds is extremely small for 2 people to share but if you have 2 young children sharing the room it's perfect. Everything else was wonderful!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony which was roomy and location in Cherry Grove was great! The beach was not crowded and easy to access! Loved this unit. The only con is that there is only an indoor pool, nothing outdoor.

Great family vacation!

Very nice condo. Clean with all the cooking equipment you need to cook in. Also, having linens provided was a huge plus! Will definitely stay again! Wish list-Kids (young adults) complained that twin beds were not comfortable. And it would be nice to have a place outside to store beach stuff to help keep sand out of the condo. Overall had a wonderful time!

We are both optometrists in Marysville, Ohio. Tom grew up in Worthington, OH and attended Miami of Ohio for undergrad and OSU college of Optometry. Susan grew up in Ashland, OH and attended John Carroll University for undergrad and OSU college of Optometry. Our daughter is a 2009 Graduate of the University of Virginia and received her masters from UVA in 2011 and is now working in Dallas. She was a member of their Women’s golf team at UVA Our son graduated from Wittenberg University in 2012 and runs his own athletic skills training and fitness business Better Than Yesterday in Marysville, Ohio. We are huge Buckeye fans!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this area from spending time at Susan’s parents’ condo next to Sea Pointe. Our family loves the beach, the ocean, and the gorgeous views from the balcony. All 4 of us play golf so to have direct access to the beach and hundreds of golf courses provides the perfect getaway for our family. We especially enjoy having our own “private beach” and the peacefulness of our area; and yet we totally enjoy having easy access to all the entertainment and restaurants. The weather is also a big draw for us Ohioans!
