Welcome to 300 Oakmont! This newly updated 4 Bed, 3 Bath, ranch style home is perfect for any vacation in Pinehurst! Home is a true representation of an open layout. Renovated in 2022, 300 Oakmont offers a modern and updated ambiance. There is plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. Whether you like to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee out in the Carolina room, or a glass of wine (from your own personal wine fridge) to enjoy a crisp North Carolina sunset, this home has a vibe for everyone in your group. Sitting on a large, wooded lot, allows for peace and privacy as you enjoy each other’s company. Located less than a mile from the Village, putting you right by all the finer things Pinehurst has to offer. Oakmont is equipped with Wi-Fi, Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, grill, two gas fireplaces, ceiling sonos speaker system, washer & dryer, two full sized fridges, a wine fridge, fully equipped kitchen and six burner gas range stove cable tv with over 150 channels, backup generator, and a large 2 car garage. Home includes 3 Smart Tv's. Parking for 4 cars.

Home is only pet friendly to non-shedding dogs under 40lbs. *Non-Refundable pet fee required ($150 per pet)! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact management if you plan on bringing your pet. If you bring a pet without notifying management you will still be charged.
Home does require some steps and uneven surfaces.

Comfortable stay

My family and I were in town for a funeral and it was so comforting to come home to a beautiful house at the end of long hard days. It’s in a great location to get anywhere in Pinehurst. We will definitely be back!

I had stayed at this property in March with another group of friends. When we decided to do another Pinehurst golf trip, I knew I had to get this place again. The place is great - large areas to gather with a large group, great location, and awesome sleeping arrangements. Book this place for your next Pinehurst trip!

So Spacious!

We can't wait to go back to this property! It's so open & airy. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out or come together. It's beautifully decorated with modern, clean looks. The beds & pillows were so comfy, we didn't want to get out of bed! It worked perfectly for a multi-generational family with young kids, but would be perfect for a group of adults too. Golf-themed with amazing artwork & reading. Very interesting & enjoyable place. We'll be back!

Prefect House

I’ve organized a dozen group trips and this was the best rental house we’ve found. The kitchen has beautiful, new appliances. Plenty of dishes and flatware. Newly remodeled house with premium fixtures and decor. Comfortable space for group discussions and space to get away from the group for some quiet time. Location was within a mile of No.2, the Spa and Pinehurst brewing company.

Clean house in a great neighborhood

Property is as advertised. Clean, well maintained and in a good area. Beds were comfortable and Wi-Fi access was easy.. Not a big fan of check out procedures with emptying garbage and loading dishwasher. That’s what a cleaning fee is for in my opinion. Overall good experience

The property was impeccably clean and well maintained.The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the property manager was accommodating.Visiting for a long golf weekend, our group took advantage of the large kitchen area and ample seating throughout the entire house. We also loved the garage for access to and from the house, and golf club storage. The second fridge was a convenient bonus as well.I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area, be it for golf trips, a family visit, girls weekend, etc.!
