There wasnt any information about my stay through the site, but the hosts were very communicative. I was able to find the pool eventually.

This property isn’t what you think. When we arrived we had to bounce between 3 apps to access the parking while I had no service because it’s a garage. I had to go out of the garage and set up the registration to be able to park. There were flies in the wall ways that were not air conditioned. Upon arriving at the unit, the door was unlocked which made me feel a bit unsafe. The space is really small and it smelled like rotting garbage. There were crumbs on the ground in the kitchen and flies. The bed was like a rock. With all of this, we quickly decided to book a hotel for almost the same price. I was highly disappointed and have requested a refund.
