Welcome to @TheGulfGetaway an incredible canal-side home built to make memories. You'll enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped home and many outdoor activities. House is within walking distance from bars & restaurants and has quick access to the Gulf of Mexico & nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva & Cayo Costa by boat.
Centered in a quiet familial neighborhood, the location of the home makes it easy to get around.

The space
Spacious three bedroom two bath home. Large kitchen and an 8-seat dining room set. Heated salt water pool and patio area to enjoy the sun, along with a gas BBQ for grilling.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, patio, and backyard with a pool. The home also includes a boat dock. Boat lift for up to 23' boats. We provide rods for bigger boats

We had such a wonderful visit to St James. We went by boat from Port Charlotte and the location was ideal! The house was well equipped and spacious and the heated pool was wonderful after each day of fishing. We will definitely be back!!

Little Paradise

From start to finish, it was so easy to work with the host. We had a flawless stay and loved the property, saltwater pool, kayaks, and bikes immensely! The community seems really welcoming and tight-knit. We fell in love with St. James City and are eager to plan our next trip to this property.

Spring Break Retreat

My family had an amazing time at this property. The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, and had everything you would ever need for a stay. We enjoyed the pool and fishing off the back dock. A bit of a drive to the beach and obviously still a lot of rebuilding going on in the area due to Hurricane Ian. The neighbors were friendly as well We will DEFINITELY be renting this property again.
